April 14, 2025 I brought my 2019 Honda Civic in to inquire about brake service (brake fluid replacement) and to replace engine oil and filter. Laine M. (Service Advisor) Informed me at that time they inquire about brake service (brake fluid replacement) and to replace engine oil and filter. Laine M. (Service Advisor) Informed me at that time they could perform the services requested the same day - today. So I agreed cause the fluids replacement was due. Pinegar Honda represented by Service Advisor Laine M. Asked if I would like to wait or if I needed a ride? I said I would wait. Services I requested were completed in about 90 minutes and Laine went over the service report with me then brought my car around. I brought my car home and lifted the hood to inspect fluid levels. All services confirmed to be completed as requested. Laine M. was most courteous and informed me that he was able to bring the final bill down by nearly $50 as I had presented Pinegar Honda service coupons at the time of requesting services. I thanked Laine M. for adjusting my final bill down which was under $300 down to $242. I prefer to bring my car in to dealership for services rather than taking to 3rd party for services and Laine did not disappoint rather was informative and genuinely concerned with my overall satisfaction for services performed. It is rare to get same hour service at Springfield’s premier Honda Dealership, so again I expressed my gratitude for services well performed. My service rep is Josh and it’s the best experience I’ve had with a dealership he is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and takes his time to explain anything I don’t understand. I came in with a problem with my pre-owned vehicle purchase. The heater repair was not covered through the extended warranty I purchased and I was facing a $900.00+ bill. Within a few minutes of speaking with Joel the service manager I was informed the repair would be made at no cost to me. When I came to pick up my vehicle not only did they fix the original heater problem they also made an additional repair on my door locks and gave me a working key fob. Big shout out to Wes, Joel, Tanya, Patty and Jeff for making what I thought was going to be a difficult experience into a successful one. I highly recommend the team at Don Wessel Honda. More
This was our first service visit on our Honda CRV Hybrid Touring. Devin was our service advisor and he was awesome. We bought our first new vehicle from Wessel in 1975 - and never looked back, from sales transactions to the service department. Attention to detail. Great customer service. I had left my car for it's oil change. After it was done and the shuttle had picked me up at work, It was raining so the shuttle driver, Greg, had the service b my car for it's oil change. After it was done and the shuttle had picked me up at work, It was raining so the shuttle driver, Greg, had the service bay open the big doors to let me out if the vehicle so I wouldn't get wet. A service bay tech took my keys and brought my car to me so I wouldn't get wet in the rain. All this for a simple little Civic (I purchased new from you) getting an oil change. Your service is what will always bring me back to you for service and trade in. You are very appreciated. Nan More
