Professional Vehicle Service Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by a professional service writer. He determined my vehicle needs and suggested additional service that I had post Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by a professional service writer. He determined my vehicle needs and suggested additional service that I had postponed since my last service visit. I took advantage of the friendly Honda Courtesy Shuttle Service and went to Bass Pro Shop while my vehicle was being attended to. After a couple hours of shopping, I called the shuttle service and returned to the service department. My service writer and the servicing technician walked me through their Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist. The service writer provided a clear, complete, and careful explanation of my vehicle condition. He made suggestions and recommendations of conditions to monitor between my next vehicle oil change. I am a return customer and I appreciate the kind and professional manner in their day to day service operations. I am a dedicated veteran with more than twenty years of military service to my credit and I recognize/acknowledge the character and nature of their professionalism. The only proposal I would like to submit is that Don Wessel Honda offer a military discount to our brave and noble veterans. More

This suv was low mileage and looked great!!! It was like the whole deal was just meant to be. I of course bought it on the spot. Thanks Dan for your help with my purchase. I love my suv !!! Great Customer Service Tom, my salesman in Pre-Owned, was courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty for any salesperson, going so far as to drive to the airport to pick me up when i needed to return my rental car, once I'd purchased my 08 Camry from you guys. He was also great when it came to getting a minor issue fixed for me post-sale. I want to really sing his praises here. The day I came in with the minor issue, I was sick with a cold and not in a good mood. Tom went out of his way to call me later and assure me he was working on the issue. This was unnecessary and probably undeserved given my sour mood earlier in the day when I dropped off my car. He really could not have handled things any better. More
