I am very happy to say that is the opposite of what I experienced. Justin was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and did not make me feel pressured at all. I was concerned re: $$$, but he told me it was a problem showing up in CRVs that Honda should have addressed, so there was no charge for the needed repair. I appreciate having a service writer looking out for my best interest, and not trying to “sock it to me,” especially when I have a pending cross country trip. More
