Excellent Experience I had such a pleasant experience with Justin at Don Wessel. Being a young woman, I went in expecting to be pressured to make a purchase and to leave f I had such a pleasant experience with Justin at Don Wessel. Being a young woman, I went in expecting to be pressured to make a purchase and to leave feeling like I wasnt taken seriously or like I had been taken advantage of. I am very happy to say that is the opposite of what I experienced. Justin was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and did not make me feel pressured at all. It was a much better experience than I was expecting and than I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will be recommending Justin to all my friends and family. More

I was concerned re: $$$, but he told me it was a problem showing up in CRVs that Honda should have addressed, so there was no charge for the needed repair. I appreciate having a service writer looking out for my best interest, and not trying to “sock it to me,” especially when I have a pending cross country trip. More

I told him that we had church that evening and really could use the car but if it couldn't get done, we would work something out. Instead of having he care ready by 5:00, he made it happen before noon!! Really made my day better. Great representative for the dealership! More

I get in and out quickly or they offer to take me to work. More
