DO NOT SHOP AT PINE BELT NISSAN OF TOMS RIVER. The entire Sales team will treat you as if you do not have a brain. I just recently had a terrible experience at this dealer. They tried to pull a "Bait and Switch", I negotiated the price of a high end vehicle fully loaded. They were going to locate the vehicle, when I arrived for pickup they tried to give me a vehicle with less equipment at the same price and proceeded to tell me this was the deal that was negotiated and the vehicle that I wanted would cost more. I had to demand my money back and it was like pulling teeth to get the money. It is really disappointing when you are excited for your brand new car and it turns out someone is trying to swindle you. Also I like most people in this world work to hard for my money for someone to try to cheat you when they are already making money off of your purchase. If a car dealership does not even have a clean chair for you to sit in when you are spending your well earned money you should walk away at the start, I reiterate DO NOT SHOP AT PINE BELT NISSAN OF TOMS RIVER. I have had the worst experence at toms river nissan i will never go there again i had a bad wax job i asked them to do it again some parts needed compounding they promised it would be done and it wasnt. will never go there again i had a bad wax job i asked them to do it again some parts needed compounding they promised it would be done and it wasnt. The 30 day warranty the salesman and his mgr told me if ANY thing goes wrong with the car bring it back and it will be fixed at no charge to me.So not even 2 weeks go by i turn on the ac and it doesnt feel ice cold so i call the salesmans mgr he tells me bring it back and we will fix it for you and give you a rental car and ill call you later.Well never get a call back so i call him and he tells me that the general mgr told him he wont fix the car at all.I call him and he tels me that iam lying that the salesman and his mgr never told me it would be fixed ,but if i was lying why did the mgr set up the appointment to be fixed there and i have the copy of the work order costing $700.00 plus then he fought with me about it not costing that much and the mehanic not being asc certified to work on ac systems real nice huh.To top it off they told me the plates and the reg was being mailed to my house 3 weeks go by i called there and asked whats up he tells me it was mailed to a differnt nissan dealer ship and can i get them there i said i will then he said i will call them to say i am picking them up this was at 1100 am i drive about 90 mph 40 min away to get there after work around 845 pm the lady there tells me she doesnt have my plates and reg and never got a call from toms river nissan,so she calls him and askes him about it and he says he will call her back in a few min to find out where they are 15 min go by no call she calls there and is told he left to go home and no one knows about the plates and reg and my temp expires in 2 days so dont ever go to toms river nissan ever. Three weeks has past since my fiance and I within 2 days of eachother purchased brand new cars from Pine Belt Nissan. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER purchase another car from here again this has been the worst of eachother purchased brand new cars from Pine Belt Nissan. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER purchase another car from here again this has been the worst experience of my life. To start they spent so long with my fiance's sales they did not have enough time for me I had to come back some days later. Regardless on the day I purchased my car I was there for almost five hours before I had even agreed to any sales a saleman called me teling em how I was to come into the dealership that evening to "finsih up and get me into my car" and finally after the terrible bargaining and the prices not being what was promised and going through list upon lilsts of inventory that was listed available online and being told was not there on the lot I purchased a 2007 versa sl brand new. As I was finishing up the paper work and the clock approached 11pm the detailer whipped my car aorund to the front of the dealership in the manner similar to someone running from the cops and then proceeded to throw the keys on the salesman's desk and walk away the car was poorry poorly detailed with spots of wax and adhesive gum to highly visible briefly inspected the car to notice and bizarre gap in between the bumper and body of the car I commented on the whole situation i was told to bring it back and they would do it again. Upon inspection of my vehicle in the daylight I noticed that the plastic bumper cover had been torn outward and the bumper ripped from the body something later that the salesman concluded was "lot damage" when I returned to the dealership for my new detailing I was told the bumper cover would be fixed at no expense to me. I was also promised a full tank of gas upon return of my vechile for my troubles. I was supposed to be out of my car for 4 hours 5 days later and a rental car at their expense I recieved my car back in terrible condition there were chipped in my body paint and bubbles in the newly painted bumper that had to be replaced IT WAS JUST SUPPOSED TO BE THE BUMPER COVER!!!!!!! The radio was on blasting the mirrors were so far down you'd have to be lying down to see and there was coffee spilt al over the cup holders I had never even had a drink in my car! After several failed attepmts at negotiating with the dealership I contacted NIssan directly who sent me right back to the dealership. Where I am left today and stil srguing they are the worst servicemen and sales of the face of the planet never go there they take oyu money and then dont care. There is no loyalty for customers including ones that pad their pockets the way we did paying for the truck we purchased in cash and financing the versa through them. After all this they had the nerve to say we owed them $44 FOR MOTOR VECHILE FEES AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. Good luk trying to collect that if they cant do math that's their fault. THAN GOD THEY HAVE THE LITIGATION CLAUSE IN THEIR CONTRACTS CAUSE THAT IS WHERE THIS IS HEADED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE SHOP TOYOTA! More

A2005 Nissan And a 2001 Kia With in three WEEKS of eachother And 2 weeks later the Nissan needs the tires replaced because there the wrong sizes then A Piston head blows on my Kia under Warreny And I charged for the extra parts that were damaged from the Piston head I decided since i work an hour away from home and they had my car for 3 WEEKS and me constantly calling to find out what was going on I Paid for it even when I thought I shouldn't But then it gets Worse I'm Driving Home the Car and THE DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR FELL OFF the Apox they used to fix it was still wet and they claim they didnt do it So now the run around begins I just want it fixed DONT EVER BUY FROM PINE BELT NISSAN IN TOMS RIVER NJ TELL YOUR FRIENDS TELL YOUR FAMILY PLEASE REPOST THIS LET EVERY ONE KNOW More
