We drove 90 miles to this dealership due to the accuracy, carfax and low mileage Nissan Altima Coupe. This car is for my daughter (1st car for her and she will be 17 in 3 months. Overall an exellent expereince from Rose who set up the appointment via the web to when we first walked around the lot. Matt was professional and met all of my expectations even to have the pin striping removed prior to us picking up the car this Friday. All in all a very good expereience and a good life lesson in purchasing cars. We have been to 5 dealerships prior to Pine Belt and my daughter expereince first hand what can happen at other dealerships. We did not see this at Pine Belt and Matt was knowledgeable, open and honest. My only constructive feedback was we had to wait an hour to sit with Finance as the dealership was busy- this in no way diminished the expereince. Thank you Chris and Jenna Curcura More
I was looking online at different cars and then we decided to go to Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River to look around at the cars in person. I have not been able to e-mail the dealership directly - so this is the best way to voice my concern and opinion. Concern that a full disclosure was not made when I purchased the car. To my surprise the last visit to get an oil change the service department was goint to rotate my tires and I said that they were rotated the time before and it is not necessary - prefer to have them rotated upon my return from a long trip. The service department at that time informed me that my free 1-year maintenance only covers up to a certain amount of mileage. This was a surprise to me. I have purchased here before and this time thru conversations with the salesperson and the person doing my loan application I repeatedly said - I was very happy to get my first year free maintenenace especially since I put on a lot of mileage, however, I do take excellent care of my vehicle. At the time of purchase it was never told to me that free maintenance for the first year was only up to a certain mileage. This is very disapointing. Not happy. Has other people been fooled by this statement??? I would like someone to contact me and discuss this. More
We have been coming to this dealership for 5 years now. They are very quick to get us an appointment when we need it. They also will let you see what is wrong if anything with your car. Pine Belt Nissan has delivered my vehicle in damaged condition on Saturday evening, found out about rear bumper scratch damage on next business day, and then I’ve called Customer Service on Monday to ge condition on Saturday evening, found out about rear bumper scratch damage on next business day, and then I’ve called Customer Service on Monday to get the appointment to show them the damage. Since it was snowing a lot, Customer Service told me to come down @ the dealership after two weeks. I did show my damage car to salesperson with his Manager, withought knowing the facts they told me that; paperwork shows that car was delivered in good condition, even though it was NOT. Manger was very rude and told me that he think it’s my problem and I‘ve to pay 50 % of the cost, which cost me $ 355. I would not recommend this dear ship to my Friends and Family in the future. They sold me a Lemon car and I’m reporting to Better Business Bureau of NJ.and reporting to NJ Division of Consumer Affairs ... Division of Law. More
