This was my first visit to Pine Belt. I actually live in Freehold but came to TomsRiver because they had a new fully loaded Quest in stock. I dealt with Jim A. in sales and he was awesome. I was looking to purchase a car and a family member recommended that I visit Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River. I worked with Vinny Almagno. I explained to Vinny that I was looking to purchase a new veh recommended that I visit Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River. I worked with Vinny Almagno. I explained to Vinny that I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and gave him the parameters of the budget that I needed to work with. The entire team made what can sometimes be an intimidating and drawn out experience, very easy and hassle free. The entire process was explained to me thoroughly and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was able to walk away with a new vehicle that day within my price range, and the process only took about 2 hours. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service provided to me. This was not the typical car dealership experience that I was expecting and I would recommend that you give this dealership a try if you are looking to purchase or lease a car. More
I arrived on a rainy day thinking I would just be looking at a new truck and left with a new Frontier with more accessaries than i expected and at a price below what I thought I would be paying for less truc at a new truck and left with a new Frontier with more accessaries than i expected and at a price below what I thought I would be paying for less truck. I was greeted by Jim at the door who already knew who I was due to a phone call I made earlier in the day. I said I was interested in a new Frontier and what did they have to offer. I was told a truck with 4x4 and stick was in stock and when it would be convient for me to come down and take a look. Jim was a very friendly guy and not at all pushy. He showed me the vehicle which was more truck than I was thinking about buying. After showing me all the features of the truck we sat down and talked price. With my trade in and the price i was given I was sold. While I waited less then one hour and a cup of coffee and pleasant conversation about Little League and the Air Force days I signed the paper work and drove home with my brand new truck. This is my third Nissan truck and by far the best one I have purchased. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have recommended Pine Belt to some friends and will continue to do so. A really pleasant experience. Thanks Jim Charlie Witte More

As far as my dealer, Matt Troncone, he was excellent. Very thorough, took care of his customer, and really met the end of the deal til the very end. As for getting a car at this dealership, now that's a Very thorough, took care of his customer, and really met the end of the deal til the very end. As for getting a car at this dealership, now that's a different story. I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima with roughly 6,000 miles. The car was sold to me wish issues, all of which was unknown to me. First off, the wheel bearing was bad. It progressively got worse towards the end of my first week of having the car. I returned to the dealership at the end of that same week to get the problem fixed. They claim to have fixed it but then, they didn't know that it was the wheel bearing that was bad. Whatever "repair" it was they did, if there was ever one, didn't fix the problem because the same problem persisted. I moved a few states away (and this was discussed when I purchased this car) so I had to actually come back for them to revisit the problem and actually finally pinpoint it then that it was in fact the wheel bearing. Mind you, this was at the third week of owning this car. A service technician drove the car with me and it was then that he pinpointed that it was the wheel bearing. Sure enough, he was right and it was this second visit for the same problem that it was finally resolved. Then when they handed me the multi-point check for the car, I noticed something else that was odd. They marked down that the air filter was extremely dirty and advised that it be replaced. Now, it hasn't even been a month since I purchase this from their lot, and when they presented the very same multi-point check to me when they were selling me the car, all was clear and green- including the air filter. Unless they did that multi-check a year ago (which wasn't the case because I saw the date that multi-point check was performed, it had only been a month or so), then I could see how after not even one month of owning the car that my air filter was so dirty that it needed to be replaced. OR they didn't do the initial multi-point check thoroughly and they simply checked all green and good to entice/trick buyers into buying one of their used vehicles. Would I ever deal with Matt Troncone again, yes. At this dealership though? Never. I've learned my lesson. I will also second guess business practices of dealerships. They are after all, salesmen.
