A first class operation- a knowledgeable, courteous sales team that works together... Management is agressive; in the dozen or so dealerships i visited, Marc was the only person who told me he wanted to "ear team that works together... Evan took the time to explain every detail and piece of paper I signed. He helped me dot every i and cross every t with complete transparancy. I was comfortable through the whole process. I bought a Nissan Altima and usually buying a car is stressful but the men I dealt with were very reasonable and understanding of what I was looking for and what kind of price range I was interested in, stressful but the men I dealt with were very reasonable and understanding of what I was looking for and what kind of price range I was interested in, which was such a relief! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, especially Robert Germann. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to ask what we were looking for in our new car, including the color. The only thing I didn't Robert Germann. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to ask what we were looking for in our new car, including the color. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait (2 hours!) to get into the finance office to close the deal. I am a very patient person but, near the end of the wait, I almost walked out. I wondered how many other sales were lost due to this long wait. Robert did his best to make sure we were comfortable during the wait, offering us water and involving us in interesting conversation about Nissan and their various models. I felt bad for Robert because he had to stay with us during our wait when he should have been out on the floor trying to sell to other customers. Robert never complained, always smiled and kept us up to date on the status of our wait. I would recommend Robert to others without hesitation because of his knowledge, friendliness,... and patience! More

Nick was beyond helpful in purchasing my new car.
