Rob was great to work with. He took the time necessary to answer all my questions and then when I brought my wife in he answered them again:) I would recommend Rob to anyone. I suspect he did not get rich on answer all my questions and then when I brought my wife in he answered them again:) I would recommend Rob to anyone. I suspect he did not get rich on our transaction but he worked with us knowing it might only by him a cup of coffee. This was the third vehicle I purchased from Pine Belt and I have nothing but good things to say about them. In the end it was Doc who closed the deal, but Rob cleared the path to the purchase in a very professional manner. No I am not related to either one of them:) More

He was patient and was dedicated to taking the time to explain every detail to me, my mother and my very, very stubborn father. He was willing to work with my concerns about pricing and also helped me to find an affordable insurance policy. A huge thank you to Michael, Joe Cirillo, Rose Tuchel and Marc Novellino for making my first time car buying experience one to remember! More

Went to this dealership after dealing with an unhelpful salesman at a Chevy place nearby. Michael was very informative about the vehicle I was looking to buy and different options that could be installed. salesman at a Chevy place nearby. Michael was very informative about the vehicle I was looking to buy and different options that could be installed. It was very easy dealing with Michael and Randy in that I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all during the process. We settled at a price which I felt was fair and completed the deal. The whole time spent with paperwork and such, was a pleasure talking about families and different events in life. My family and I felt as though we knew these guys for a long time. Finally even though the final papers were signed @ 10 pm Michael and Randy waited and walked us out the dealership. I won't hesitate to guide others to Pine Belt Nissan because I think it's an A+ dealership. Larry More

Customer Beware!!! Customer Beware!!! Just want to Customer Beware!!! Customer Beware!!! Just want to share my recent experience… After purchasing several different cars from the Pine Belt Auto Customer Beware!!! Customer Beware!!! Just want to share my recent experience… After purchasing several different cars from the Pine Belt Auto Group, totaling in excess of; $250,000.00 over the years please continue to read. After purchasing my last $40,000.00+/- car January of 2012 and not getting out of the showroom until almost midnight, 6 hours after I agreed to buy the car, I was presented a business card from Marc Stango one of the Pine Belt Auto Group General Sales Manager thanking me for my understanding and pledging me two free oil changes. Not really enough to compensate for the tremendous inconvenience but I thank him and took the card at his word. Saturday I had the opportunity to be in the area and take advantage of his pledge. I stopped in for the oil change but not only to my surprise but to my dismay there was a problem. The service Representative said he could not accept the courtesy on the back of the card and asked me to pay the $35.00 oil change bill. All of a sudden, I recalled my 6 hour buying experience and politely expressed my dissatisfaction and said I will speak to Marc. He quickly offered some reasoning why that wouldn’t help and that I needed to pay. I told him I would pay but give me a minute to speak to the General Sales Manager. Went to speak to Marc and when I did I was informed that I was not paying for the oil change, take to the payment out of my Pine Belt Auto Group “Reward Points”, which I was saving for another free oil change and/or other services needed in the future. It still gets interesting, not only did Pine Belt Auto Group used my “Reward Points” to pay the bill they took one of the free oil changes off the business card reducing the courtesy from two to one. When I explained to Marc that, I came in today with the possibility of three free oil changes and will be leaving with only one left, thus my Pine Belt Auto Group experience was costing me two times for the oil change. He thought for a minute and the best he could offer, in attempt to satisfy a customer was; “that I didn’t use the courtesy in four months”. (which was nowhere written on his card when he presented to me for the inconvenience) I’m sure if you read this entire post you are confident that it was not written because of the $35. dollars it was written because you know the level of or lack there of with regards to professionalism, business good judgment, loyalty and most of al trustworthiness of the Pine Belt Auto Group, their General Sales Managers and the rest of their staff who probably suffer the rants of customers because of the actions of their superiors, for lack of words. I live in Piscataway, NJ and my leased Nissan broke down near this dealership. My lease was up in 3 weeks. When I got to the Pine Hurst dealership , my car was towed in and I jumped out the truck. I was rea near this dealership. My lease was up in 3 weeks. When I got to the Pine Hurst dealership , my car was towed in and I jumped out the truck. I was really upset at this point. Nick Carrozza came right over to me and asked what had happened. I informed him that it appeared to be the transmission and that my lease was up in three weeks. He talked to me and asked what my needs were and my current situation. I informed him that I have been leasing with Nissan for over 15 years and have a good record with them but the down side was I went through a divorce and my name was still on my ex-husband's car. He was not making his payments on time, so it affected my credit. I also told him I was moving to Atlantic City cause I am getting married. Nick walked away armed with all of the information and worked for over 8 hours to get me the best deal possible for my situation. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and now I will not deal with anyone but them Pine Hurst now. This dealer turned a horrible stressful situation into a pleasant one and I truly appreciate everything, everyone did. Tonya Shearin More

His info matched what our investigations had already found and in some cases enhanced it. Robert was very courteous and attentive to our needs and did his best to make the process, which included a trade-in, as painless as possible. (Negotiating a trade-in is never completely painless) When the time comes to buy another car, we'll definitely start with Pine Belt. ***** More
