My wife usually cringes at the thought of going to car dealerships, but she and I both found the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. Kristy was very outgoing and friendly! We never felled pressured or pushed at any time. Kristy was very accommodating. She made our happiness her priority. She even came in on her day off to show us the car. We discussed what we were looking for and our price range and Kristy made several intriguing suggestions that I would have not initially thought to try. She was knowledgeable about all the cars we were shown and was able to provide specific details regarding the individual trims of each model. When we began talking finances we were introduced to Halim Assal, the Sales Manager. Halim was also very friendly and outgoing. I felt he was honest and straight forward. We did not experience the typical haggling when it came to the negotiation. The bottom line was reached very quickly and I was pleased with the overall deal. All the vehicles seemed to be priced very competitively. The show room and lot are very clean and stocked with many makes and models to choose from, both new and pre-owned.
