I have leased a Nissan Altima through Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River for 6 years. My lease was up this month for my 2011 Nissan Altima. I was debating between the Altima and the Rogue. I spent lots of tim Toms River for 6 years. My lease was up this month for my 2011 Nissan Altima. I was debating between the Altima and the Rogue. I spent lots of time online reviewing both vehicles. I was contacted my someone online to help me with the site and they transferred me to Bonnie Hmielewski ( sales internet manager) in Toms River. Bonnie quoted me prices for both vehicles and welcomed me to contact her with any further questions. Within an hour of speaking with Bonnie.. Marc Novellino (Sales and Leasing Professional ) contacted me and left me a direct number to reach him and offered to help me with information and test drives on both vehicles. I went down to meet with Marc on a Wednesday afternoon and he was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!!! I was very undecided as to what I wanted and Marc was very patient and accommodating and took me for rides in both cars explaining everything about them from colors available to gas mileage comparisons etc from previous years to the new models. I was leaning a little more towards the Pearl White Altima with a sunroof and Marc said he would get it from the Keyport dealership and lock it in for me until the weekend when I would come down to make the decision. I wasn't gone an hour before Marc called me to tell me that he already had the car for me. The service here at Pine Belt is amazing ! I returned to the dealership on Monday still undecided and Marc spent an hour helping me make my final decision. He was very, very patient and willing to do anything to make me happy. After all the paperwork was done etc and long after the dealership was closed... Marc took the time to go over EVERY detail and function of my new Altima with me. IT's very rare to find a salesman that would go that extra mile especially so late at night !!! Marc is an EXCELLENT asset to the Pine Belt Nissan Dealership in Toms River. Once again, I left Pine Belt a very, very HAPPY customer and will definitely return to them again for my next lease. I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in leasing or buying a Nissan to go see Marc Novellino In Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River. Another GREAT car leasing experience at Pine Belt Nissan !!!!!!!!! Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority for Marc and that will keep me as a returning customer to him ... Thanks for everything ! More

I received a letter from Nissan stating I was pre-qualified for an early lease termination and a chance to upgrade my 2011 Sentra.When I entered the dealership that day, I just wanted to ask some pre-qualified for an early lease termination and a chance to upgrade my 2011 Sentra.When I entered the dealership that day, I just wanted to ask some quick questions and return to work, but after speaking with Jim Ansbach briefly, he informed me of the multiple financial benefits of trading in my car for a beautiful new 2013 Sentra. My experience at the Nissan showroom was heightened by the knowledge that everyone concerned was dedicated and well versed in acquiring a new automobile as smooth and pleasant as possible. Leasing a car can sometimes be compared to attempting to breach a minefield but that feeling was not present during my visit and subsequent leasing of my Altima and for that I am very grateful. Junior spent 3 hours with me to make sure I had the best loan rate explaining all the details for me to buy out my lease. I felt bad that he spent that much time with me since I was just buying out a lease loan rate explaining all the details for me to buy out my lease. I felt bad that he spent that much time with me since I was just buying out a lease, and he may have been losing a sale or lease from someone else coming in off the street. His response was "That's my Job"! And maybe you will send a friend in to buy or lease a car and give us a shot. I would definitely do that looking forward. Junior was very professional and dedicated to customer service in my case. When I went to Finance, Steve was also very professional in the way he explained all the paperwork. So my overall experience at Pine Belt Nissan was excellent!! I had called Nissan Finance and expressed a desire to buy out my lease, they just said to go to any Nissan Dealer. As I work near Pine Belt I thought I would stop in rather than stop at Admiral Nissan down where I live. I am happy that I made the decision to go to Pine Belt Nissan. I had a exceptional experience as soon as I walked into your showroom. Phil was very kind and full of information. He guided me to chose the car that I was looking for. The only problem that I had was the DMV put the title and registration in my husband's name instead of mine. I was the buyer!! Hard to believe that this mistake will take 5-6 weeks to correct! What upset me about that is it took me 14 years to buy a new car and this new car was my reward for retiring after being a nurse for 40 years! I've had the car for 3 weeks and it is not mine yet!! This hassle of running back and forth to the dealership for this problem should be rewarded by something, a few free oil changes or something like that! More

We had an outstanding experience at PB Nissan. We were greeted by Matt Trancone and made to feel very welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the dealership's product offering.
