She was great with follow-up and keeping me informed of my options, so this review is not reflective of her or the service group. I still owed on the car, so I was in a really tough spot but had to get another car. I was referred to the sales department, and also filled out some online inquiries and a credit application on some pre-owned vehicles. I got a call saying I was definitely approved and to come in and pick out a vehicle, and received multiple follow up calls from Alana to get me in. I stopped in one night to test drive a Murano and met with Andrew. He was nice, but did not take me seriously or even follow up with me. I then had to call the place 4 times before someone got back to me with an estimate on my trade. I don't think anyone even looked at it. When Andrew did finally get back to me, he told me that they would give me $800 on my trade (the tires are worth more than that) because the engine was blown and then said the transmission was burnt and a few other things. Meanwhile, when I spoke with service, and they told me they didn't see anything wrong with the transmission. I reluctantly went back again and met with Andrew and someone else. They said that they couldn't approve my financing (even though I was told I was approved) and did absolutely nothing to help me. I can completely understand banks differing in what they approve, however, the load of B.S. about my trade and the complete lack of service or help in any way was infuriating. I went to another Nissan dealership the next day who gave me $7000 on my trade, brought the price down on a nicer, fully loaded Murano by $12,000 and bent over backwards to help me. Andrew was nice enough, but seemed new and was probably doing what he was told by his manager, so this review is more directed at that. Pine Belt is a shining example of why car salesman have a sleazy reputation-I will never step foot there again or recommend anyone doing so. More

Will say anything to get you through the door. I knew I had a hard deal to get. I was looking to be in a specific price point (for which I got better pricing elsewhere) but I had to trade in a leas I knew I had a hard deal to get. I was looking to be in a specific price point (for which I got better pricing elsewhere) but I had to trade in a leased vehicle that would very possibly put me in negative equity. I was straightforward with Alanna and explained to her the price we needed to be even after the trade. She kept insisting I come in - I asked her to be sure there was even a remote possibility of them taking my car for that amount - she said come in you wont be dissapointed - but she wouldn't speak to appraiser to see if it was possible. Stupidly, I went in - they had me wait with nobody servicing me for a 1/2 hour while the kid went to get the car that wouldn't be in play unless the numbers worked, only then doe he start telling me OK so so you can either put down the lease payments remaining or pay the negative equity on a buyout??? I said Thank you for wasting my time! fiance manager wasn't even interested in trying to salvage. kid says sorry she wasted your time :( More

I was introduced to Eric Scalia and presented him with what I needed - what I was looking for and what my budget was. It took some time ... and effort ... but with reassurances from Eric, Johnny and Joe Cirillo - I was able to get the vehicle that I had seen and now am driving a safe, reliable ... and good looking Nissan!!! I cant begin to thank you all for your help in getting this done ... I will recommend Pine Belt Nissan to anyone I know who might be looking for a vehicle. Their customer service epitomizes what I believe customer service is supposed to be. You guys ROCK!! :) More
