We purchased two Nissan Rouges today from Chris Cirillo. It was an very easy and pleasant experience. I called to schedule a bulb replacement for my 2017 Nissan Altima because I was told it was difficult to replace and that the entire front bumper needs to be removed. The person on the phone told me the bulb can be changed in the express lane for $35 per bulb. As long as I came In before 3:30pm. I reiterated that I heard it was a difficult job, she said she discussed it with a service advisor and again said it Am be handled in the express lane. So I went and arrived just before 3pm. After nearly an 1 1/2 hours I questioned what was going on. The express service writer then told me that is was too big of a job and I would have to schedule an appointment. How could they not know how complicated it is to change a bulb? I own purchased two Subarus from Pine Belt Subaru and have had excellent service. Since this is the same Corporation, Perhaps the Nissan Service department should learn from the Subaru service Department. Very disappointed that I had to waste nearly three hours of my day for a bulb that was not fixed. More

Chris went over every inch of the car with my parents…. Programmed their phones to work with the car…. Everything….. Joe in finance explained everything and there were ZERO gimmicks or added charges…. This is how old fashioned car shopping should be…. Perfect in every aspect…. Pine Belt should be proud to have these brothers as employees…… We have already recommended them to our friends…. Thanks again gentlemen More
Called last week to make an appointment and they said that they do not take appointments. So I arrived 15 minutes after opening at 7:30 AM only to find out that there was over a two hour wait for an oil that they do not take appointments. So I arrived 15 minutes after opening at 7:30 AM only to find out that there was over a two hour wait for an oil change. They charged me $45 plus tax to rent a car for 2 1/2 hours and then to top it off they didn’t even clean my car after the service! Way to go to lose a customer! More

They made our transition very smooth, answered all our questions, went above and beyond and we felt the Chris Cirillo, salesman, and Evan in finance! 4 1/2 yrs ago pine belt in toms river really impressed me , doing everything possible getting my wife Into a used rogue during a rough time. That great experience brang me back , now recovering from a rough patch , better credit , better financial situation I was confident we would have another great experience NOT! We went online did two inquires, a rogue and a pathfinder platinum. We were given a quote for our trade and a lease payment we could afford. When we got to the dealership we saw two pathfinders, while we did our test drive they had to look at our trade-in. We came back we like it but didn't love so we wanted to see a platinum , the one we saw was sold, the sales guy said he might have another. Now holding our trade-in hostage he brang an SL model , which we didn't ask for but we entertained it. At this point, we like the car but not the color . They told us a black one was coming in but we had to run the numbers because it would be sold if we waited, such BS now we just wanted to leave. At no time did they pull our credit or ask about our finances, jobs nothing! He comes back with a lease cost of $700 a month! Online gave us a payment of 530 a month. How they came to this payment without our information blows my mind. I left very disappointed and disgusted by the treatment and because of that. I won't return. We now own a 2022 xc60 volvo T5, more expensive car, same trade-in same money down and 36 month lease for $550 a month. Don't understand?! More

If I could give zero stars I would I was approved for a car and they changed their mind. Traded in one they were to pay off and they didn’t still in my name not in my possession I still have to pay for it car and they changed their mind.
