bad experience unfortunately I came to this dealership because I know that it is one of the biggest dealerships in NJ and I hoped that they would have the car I was looking for. I came to this dealership because I know that it is one of the biggest dealerships in NJ and I hoped that they would have the car I was looking for. I worked with Angelo for a while and he was a nice guy. He didn't seem to know his inventory well because he had us walk around the lot by AT&T to look for the model of car I was looking for because he didn't know if there were any. When we saw one that was a bit out of our price range, Angelo and the manager seemed unwilling to work with us. They didn't even offer for us to look at leasing or a used car. When they were unwilling to negotiate they let us walk. I left very disappointed and found a car at a better price at a different nissan dealership. I do appreciate how quick the process was though, they kept us there for maybe an hour before they let us walk. More

Angelo was patient, kind, knowledgeable & understanding throughout the whole process. He took time with me before I even stepped foot into the dealership, which no one had offered or done before. Upon arrival Angelo had a vehicle within my price range and practically brand new, on our test drive he knew so much about the car features/under engine etc. Once we starting working with the banks Angelo never pressured me into anything, he gave me different options and gave me time to think about the purchase. Once i met with the guy who closed the deal (paper signing) the experience I had with him was great as well. The Credit manager also came and congratulated me on my purchase. Very nice crew working for Pine Belt Nissan, I will honestly refer anyone who is looking to not only purchase a vehicle but who is looking for a professional team with great customer service. I gave Nissan a try for my last look and I was so upset I didn't make it my first stop, all problems would of been solved right here. Excellent from Start to Finish Excellent! From the moment I stepped on the lot I knew this was the right place. A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me Excellent! A salesman by the name of David Prima approached me after allowing me to look around before immediatly hounding me like the other dealerships I went to, its great not to be treated like a peice of meat. He was very knowledgable and curtious and after listening to what I was in need of found me the perfect vehicle. The car matched excatly what I wanted. Then came numbers time, which as most of us on this site knows is usually dreadful, well guess what? Not this time! The sales manger who assisted, Halim Assal, was a pleasure to deal with, no high pressure and with little to no effort was able to find a price that matched my budget without having to sacrifice anything, great job guys! The final peice to the puzzle was finance, the dreaded finanance, again though to my surprise no issues at all! Joe was friendly and not pushy either and made some very helpful suggestions and made the entire time in finanance seem like it was a old friend! I would 100% recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone and everyone. Great job guys for making what could have been a painful exeperience a great one, definetly coming back!!!!!
