I see. But you responded to me quickly in this public arena, so respectfully I did the same. Nevertheless, my service issue is not resolved. Just a thought, from the customer service perspective, perhaps a manager that is on duty today could have helped me instead of putting me off to another day, just like my initial service visit.

Surprisingly, I never received a call from your manager. I was really trying to keep my business in the Pinebelt group. I’ll keep my Subarus serviced at Pinebelt, but apparently the Nissan Store is less concerned about customer service. So disappointing.
