It Is what It is :) On January 24th around 7:30 pm I walked into Nissan and was instantly welcomed by one of the best salesman Franz Crane. I told him my budget and what On January 24th around 7:30 pm I walked into Nissan and was instantly welcomed by one of the best salesman Franz Crane. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and we started making a list of the available vehicles on the lot for me to test drive. Since it was so late I decided to come back the next day and test drive during the day so I could inspect the vehicle in the light. When I left the dealership I knew that the next day I would be purchasing a vehicle. I continued to search on the website to make sure I didn't miss any other vehicle and it so happens that I did and when I contacted Franz a few hours later he told me that the vehicle was at another location and it worried me because i wanted to make a purchase the next day, but then he told me not to worry because he could get the vehicle there by the morning so i could test drive it. Usually it takes 2-3 days for a vehicle to be transported to another location but Franz made sure to have my vehicle there the next day. Just that alone made me want to give this salesman business because he pushed just to relocate a vehicle not even sure if i was going to purchase it or not. The next day when i arrived i was welcomed with warm smiles and friendliness from franz. He instantly took me to the car and we took it for the test drive. The vehicle i purchased was a nissan rogue select. Franz was honest, trusting and even though I'm a stranger to him, he made me feel so comfortable and kinda like family. Since its a long process for everything to go through we sat and made conversation. We laughed and cracked jokes. He is absolutely the best and very honest. He tells it how it is and does not make excuses for anything. More
