Bought a new 2010 Sentra in 2009 and the service department kept it going for 8 years and 147000 miles. Unfortunately, a major repair needed to be done on the Sentra that would have been more than the cost of a down payment towards another car. Pine Belt was our first stop and the Certified Pre-Owned Rogue was the desired car. On the first visit, there were not many to choose from (which I take as both a good thing and a bad thing!). However, after a few weeks (most notably, after their 4th of July sales), we came back and choose one of their CPO Rogues (2015, S model). Bob was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process! We agreed on a fair price for both the Rogue and the trade-in value for the Sentra (which Mike was very instrumental in - he gave us the same price that a car junkyard was going to give for it). Bob clearly explained the Nissan certification process as well as the warranty that comes along with it. Once we shook hands on the car, the finance department was also a good experience. At first, we weren't going to take the extended warranty but after thinking about the fact that the car is used, we were able to negotiate a fair price on the extended warranty as well. Ultimately, the total cost of the warranty would pay for itself in one major repair. After the paperwork was all said and done, Bob had the car washed and detailed and we were on our way! Not knowing what to expect or what we were going to do, we were very pleasantly surprised. After making an early Saturday appointment we were met at the door by Chris Condello. He was extremely courteous and friendly. Our decision making process took a lot longer Han we thought, Chris was patient and helpful, adding his knowledge of the cars and taking the time to secure different models for us to test drive. He was never pushy and gave the time alone to discuss our finances. Once we made our decision he was respectful and worked with us when negotiating the price. We drove away extremely happy, so much so that we recommended and set up an appointment for our daughter and son in law to visit Chris to lease their car. More

Chris condello was patient and worked every option for me to get me the truck I wanted in the range I wanted to be in .. halim one of the mangers there located my vechicle from another dealership on top of getting every rebate he could possibley get to ensure I was comfortable with the payment.
