Could not have been easier and immensly helpful to me. It was my second time as a lease customer at Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River. My salesperson was Angelo Montalvo each time. Angelo knew that I was going through a difficult time at home with a very sick husband, and could not get into the dealership in Toms River. I was not able to leave the house while taking care of my husband. I told Angelo exactly what car I wanted and all the particulars to a new lease, and he took care of EVERYTHING FOR ME!! My new Nissan Rogue was delivered to my door, exactly as expected, along with all the paperwork for me to sign. Angelo was terrific, and without his compassionate attention to detail, I could not have gotten through a NEW LEASE. NOT HAPPY....VERY RUDE Parts Department counter...Reference Jennifer. I stopped in today 9/13/17 1:20 Pm. to look at a few trucks. Before doing so I had an item to return Parts Department counter...Reference Jennifer. I stopped in today 9/13/17 1:20 Pm. to look at a few trucks. Before doing so I had an item to return to parts for my son. I had the receipt but not his credit card. I explained to Jennifer I'm returning this for my son. With not any interest at all in helping me her first words were you need to come back with the credit card. I said can't you manually put in the number if I give it to you ? Right away she said no...I said again you can't manually punch in the number ??? Again she said no. I said that's strange I been in retail for 25 years and did hundreds of phone orders and rerings doing it. Then she saw I was not going away and figured well I guess I'll call someone now. So YES the person on the phone told her its no problem just have his son call with the number...So now that her attitude got worse she said have him call... Call what ? Call who ? What number ??? I said so he just calls the main number ? YES. I said then what hit Zero...Didn't even have the decency to say have him call this number hit this extension # and the call will come to me etc. Showed not one shred of wanting to help in any way never once said sorry or thank you. I was very polite and not rude in any way. I have done dozens of sales with Dave and others in parts they all have been great but this girl was ridiculous. Thank You Jennifer for ZERO customer service. Good chance I will be shopping elsewhere for now on.... More
