As we waited we took a stroll through the show room when we met up with Chris Condello, 100 %!NO pressure sales rep. He didn’t try pushing a car on me and instead engaged in a chat of sports news among many other subjects. After then he handed me his card and said if you ever plan on a new Nissan or just what to shoot the breeze give me a call. So about 15 minutes later I went back to him and said let’s see what kind of deal you can get me . So needless to say we traded the 2013 for a 2017 and the service we received was way above all expectations. Chris delivered on his promise with no compromise, And Evan closed the deal. More

All Lies. From the BDC right down to the manager and salesperson, everyone there claimed they knew nothing! Manager was supposed to meet me in the showroom, I asked for him, he was nowhere to be found. I was assured by the BDC on the phone, that the manager Mike Weeden knew my story, what I wanted and what my budget was. He never showed. They told us to go sit with that salesperson over there! The salesperson was not nice and thought this was my first car ever....I am twice his age and this was certainly not my first rodeo. I guess we looked stupid to him. When he treated us like fools, we got up and walked out. A man was on our heels, asking is there anything he could do for us? I asked him his name, and he replied "Mike". I asked if he was Mike Weeden the Manager I was supposed to work with, and he said" Yes he was but had no knowledge of any meeting!"....funny how he comes to the forefront when we were exiting. Scratch this dealer off my list. More

Angelo asked us our expectations and we told him we were just looking and he would never meet our expectations. After a nice conversation we went inside and we were adamant that we would not put up with typical dealer pressures and then sign. Guess what - he and the Nissan manager of sales gave us what we wanted and guess what - the Rogue is now in our garage. MY wife loves it and so do I. This Rogue outperforms my Tucson and the ride is so much smoother. If my lease on the Tucson was not so new (8 months) I would trade it for another Rogue Sport. NICE JOB Angelo! More
