What a great experience!! My wife and I stopped in on our "date day" to look at the Juke. It was a horrible day weather wise but decided to go anyway. Upon our arrival, we greeted outside by Jeffrey with absolutely NO pressure and he proceeded to tell us that anything we needed he was there. When we finally sat down, I can not express how friendly and easy dealing with these gentleman was. "Big Mike" the sales manager worked really hard to get us where we needed to be and was able to get us there! I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Nissan because of the outstanding experience we had! Keep up the good work! D and C More
went in fore first oil change at @4000 miles after buying a certified preowned sentra with 13000 miles from the dealership. Very convenient location for me one reason I purchased the car there...their lifetime warranty ...was attractive since I drive @100 miles a day 5 days a week for work.. all highway miles . First they told me I would have to come there every 3700 miles regardless of how I drove (hwy etc) or the warranty would be void even though the manufacturer recomends up to every 7500 for highway drivers. I have taken many cars thru 200,000 miles and I know regular oil changes are a must. But every 3700 miles? Then , I was told my battery was bad....I had only been driving for 2 months in this new "certified pre owned sentra" Now I need a new Battery? I have had no trouble starting etc... Then I was told I needed to replace both the engine and compartment air filter. I thought this would have been done since I just bought the car with 13000 miles on it. The cabin air filter and installment would be $89. The engine $46.00. I forego the battery jibberish and had the filters replaced and the oil changed. I was told this would keep the "lifetime warranty" valid. $ 159 . dollars later , when I thought I was going for an oil change. The lifetime warranty is not free I see , it seems to be paid for thru excessive and unnecessary service required. I was not told that when I purchased the car. And so much for the value of a "Certified Pre Owned" purchase. FOLLOWUP........... To be fair I felt I must continue my review and why I changed my rating. I received a call from Peter Gilson in the service area and asked if I would give them a chance to make things right. I was very pleased with the return service and am happy that Pine Belt Nissan cared eneough to do what it took to correct what went wrong. We all have bad days and could all make improvements to our businesses, I am sure this experience has made Pine Belt Nissan even better than before. I love my new Nissan Sentra and I am glad I have Pine Belt Nissan to help me take care of it . Thank you Peter. More

This was my first experience with a lease. I did do a ton of research over the phone and internet to ensure I knew the value of the vehicle going in to the dealership. I was comparing various makes and models, other then Nissan but in the same class of car. I had always heard good things about Nissan but never owned one. I walked out of the dealership leaving less money then I originally anticipated as a down payment on the lease. Additionally, they worked with me to secure a comfortable monthly payment which beat all deals I had previously reviewed. Overall, the experience at Pine Belt was a positive one, no stress and my daughter and I left extremely satisfied. More

I went to a couple of dealers before finding Pine Belt Automotive including the dealership where I purchased my '08 Rogue but was not happy with the way I was treated so I continued my search. I came across Pine Belt Automotive's website which had a "Chat"option and start a chat with Mike Del Priore online. Mike gave me the information I needed and the incentive to follow through with my search. Mike followed up the next day and invited me to visit the dealership which I did. At first I had my guard up because of the way I was treated previously. I was being told by other dealers that I would not find a white Juke any where, I would be lucky if I could find a Juke in any color no less white plus I was given overly inflated prices because of the demand for Jukes. So, when I visited Pine Belt Automotive I didn't expect much other than another waste of time. Wow, was I wrong! We were introduced to our salesman, Shawn Donnelly, who was honest, sincere and listened to what we had to say. Shawn was not pushy nor negative in his manner. He was very upbeat and positive with all his responses. When it came to negotiation, Nick Cataldo stepped in and I thought, OK, here we go with the BS but again I was wrong! Nick truly wanted to sell the car and did everything possible to make it happen. Nick was polite, courteous and professional in his manner. I was told by Shawn and Nick although they did not have a white Juke on the lot, they would find me one and I would be driving it home by the end of the week. Two days after we sealed the deal, Shawn called me saying he was on his way to pick up my car and we could pick it up in a few hours. Everyone we dealt with at Pine Belt Automotive treated us with respect. Shawn and Nick turned a stressful situation into my most pleasurable, enjoyable car buying experience I have encountered in my lifetime! Thank you, guys! I traded in my 2008 Honda CRV for a 2011 Nissan Rogue. When I walked in, a salesman jumped right up which I hate. However, the salesman came over, introduced himself and said he does not stand with people as he understands its uncomfortable and just said his name, Nick Cataldo, and where he is at should I have any questions. I had a lot of respect for that. We negotiated a trade in and a good price on the new Rogue. He was not pushy at all and was actually surprised when I said that he has a sale. He threw in a fix extras too. I have had bad experiences with dealerships and I have to say that Pine Belt Nissan is amazing! I will always purchase cars from them and no one else. If you are looking to purchase a car here, ask for Nick Cataldo. Great guy and a real professional. More
It had been several years since either myself or my wife had purchased a new vehicle. Pine Belt Nissan and especially Nick Cataldo redefined the ecperience for us. With a roomy, comforatble and well managed had purchased a new vehicle. Pine Belt Nissan and especially Nick Cataldo redefined the ecperience for us. With a roomy, comforatble and well managed showroom we felt very relaxed during the entire experience. Nick's product knowledge, attention to detail and friendly, accomodating manner made this our best car purchasing experience to date. We felt no sales pressure and we were very impressed with Nick's instruction reqarding our new Nissan Rogue 2011. Of particular note after the sale was Nick's assurance that he would continue to provided excellent service and that we should contact him for any furture needs. Thus far we are quite pleased with the Rogue; the purchase price was the most attractive we had researched (from at least four other Nissan dealerships). This is definately another feather in the dealership's cap. We will certainly be recommending Pine Belt Nissan whenever possible and we look forward to doing future business with the dealship's fine staff. More
