I have been to Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport on several occasions and with each visit, their customer service had worsened. I will never be returning nor will I be a patron of Nissan (at least this specifi occasions and with each visit, their customer service had worsened. I will never be returning nor will I be a patron of Nissan (at least this specific dealer) ever again. On several occasions while my vehicle was within warranty, I would bring my vehicle in to have problems diagnosed and the technicians have never been able to "duplicate my issues". Upon my warranty expiring I had brought the vehicle in for a simple oil change and the Service Rep had approached me with a work order stating that my vehicle needs services done of over $650. All of the stated issues should have been taken care of when I was within warranty. My last issue was on May 11, 2013, I had simply called the parts department regarding a simple part, I had the part number ready, the person I spoke to was Bill, Bill had given me EXTREME attitude and was literally screaming into the phone because he had been pulled away from his lunch time in order to answer my call. Bill was screaming at me as if I were a child that did not understand English. That is intolerable and I will never be doing business with Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport. I highly recommend that all customers stay away from this dealer because your trips will leave you infuriated, feeling abused and disrespected. More
When I returned my leased Nissan I was assured by the dealer that there was nothing wrong with my car and I will not get billed for any wear on it. That is the only reason I bought a car from them. Well now a month later I have a bill from Nissan Acceptance for $1600. When I contacted the dealer they tolled me that there is nothing they will do about it. So all of the assurances are nothing once you buy the car that is it. A BUNCH OF LIERS. More
From my first call to signing on the doted line, my experience with pine belt has been nothing but excellent. I came in with my wife to purchase a car for her birthday and we were able to leave with th experience with pine belt has been nothing but excellent. Al was very patient and knowledgeable in showing me the different choices in colors, interiors and extras. Anthony Szaraz made the financial process very easy and the amount of paperwork needed to sign was clearly explained and very easy to understand. Very friendly and personable. Rich Hendrickson was professional, kind and very courteous in solving a problem for us and we were very appreciative in the quick response to our phone call. Unfortunately, I have had some questionable experiences recently. As I am not a novice to the whole car purchasing process, I felt my recent experiences with other competition disconcerting to say the least. That is, until I made the decision to visit Nissan.. Right away I knew I could deal with the salesman that approached me.. Franz is the epitome of professionalism.. He was never curt nor pushy.. he was extremely knowledgable about the product and answered every question with out hesitation. He truly was interested and dedicated to us the entire time we were there! Our test drive was a real drive, not a 2 minute sprint down a back street!! He was very patient and really worked to find a suitable price point!! Thank you Franz for really helping us get into this car that I really wanted!!! On the the financial end where we had the pleasure to meet Anthony.. Again, never pushy!! But made sure that all of our options were clearly presented to us!! And again, very professional, and sincerely interested in assisting us through the whole buying process!! What is generally a very lengthy procedure was 20 minutes at best!! Thank you Anthony!!! I don't even know how many cars I have purchased or leased in my lifetime, but I have got to say that this was by far on the top of the list as the best car buying experience.
