We felt extremely comfortable working with him, and I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Matt. One instance that stuck out in our minds was when Matt matter-of-factly asked us if we were married. Then, he congratulated us several times. Although this seems so simple and benign to most people, it was a BIG DEAL to us. I have to say that no one (ever) asked us deliberately if we were a married couple. We usually get the questions "Are you two brothers?" or "How are you related?" That made us feel so at ease and accepted, and I'm sure he didn't know how amazing that made us feel.
