They couldn't make a deal in 3 months and Pine Belt had made a deal within ours. The staff at Pine Belt Nissan was just amazing, I was given the deal that I was promised. No games!! I worked with a salesman Sammy who was so courteous and professional. Nick, Richard and Marc were great to work with as well. I honestly thought my overall experience was a great one. The guys here showed me that there really are great car people and not thieves like SI Nissan. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. If you have any doubts, rest assured that you will be well taken care of. You are in great hands! They really care about you here and listen to what you want to get a great car within your means! After checking out the on-line inventory at the NISSAN USA site, found the color combo I was interested in on a 2015 Altima 3.5 SL at KEYPORT (they have a very good selection of colors and the accessories I wanted). Had not been to this location previously but have to say the difference was night and day and well worth driving the extra distance. Didn't take long to negotiate, feel comfortable with and agree upon a great deal. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The showroom, service area and lounge comfortable and spotless. Had the pleasure to work with and special thanks to my Sales Consultant TOMMY GIAIMO ... aka: Tommy G, Sales Manager RICH HENDRICKSON and MIKE KELLEHR in the finance dept. I can honestly recommend to friends and family the highest accolades for their services! More

The salesman Franz was needless to say a gentleman to deal with...he walked us through the whole sale and everything that he promised was delivered... after settling on a price(yes we haggled-it is a car sale) i didn't have to go back into finance and re-negotiate the monthly payments or down-payment...there was no strong arm sales from management...there was no up-sale gimmicks on accessories and no after-market insurance policy's recommendations by the salesteam...the whole process went rather smoothly...the bottom line is if you know what vehicle you want and what you want in it then i can highly recommend Franz as a person of integrity...he's 'the car guy' you wont regret dealing with....so best of luck and good shopping More

WOW Best Nissan Dealer in Tri State! Recently in the market for a 2015 Altima. Wasn't exactly sure on color or trim level. As soon as I arrived, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dealership itself is immaculate and in an excellent location, right off the GS Parkway. The showroom is AMAZING and ultra clean. The owners clearly take pride in their establishment. I worked with Mandez Jones in sales, who is a true professional - very friendly, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and straight shooter, no games. I had his full attention at all times. He let me browse their lot looking at all their Altima's for almost an hour. I finally found the perfect one, a black Altima SL with beige leather! Pleasant test drive, was showed all the car's features. Car drives like a dream. Negotiation was painless and simple. Took maybe 20 minutes with my salesperson and the sales manager Rich Hendrickson, and everything was very fair and open. Rich is very nice and doesn't push the high pressure sales tactics at all. This place is BUSY. The car's are amazing and obviously sell themselves. Just take a look at the competition and come here, night and day. From the time I arrived, to the time we had a deal was just under 2 hours, very efficient! They realize most people don't want to make a day of a car deal. Detail took about an hour, and they did a fantastic job. I also worked with Mike from finance, real nice guy. Was explained the extended service contract, but he wasn't pushy at all. Paid cash and signed all the final paperwork with him. Took literally 5 minutes. I haven't purchased a new car since 2006, so I was skeptical at what I might be in for. Believe me, 5 stars all the way around. Beyond impressed! Anyone in NJ, NY or PA should definitely make the trip here. They had over 300 Altima's in stock! But more than that, they actually make the process FUN and totally stress free so you feel like its a reward to yourself and not a chore. From start to finish, it couldn't have been any better. I was highly impressed, and I am admittedly a very tough customer. A++++ I will be back for a 370Z convertible next summer Mandez!! More

Always an amazing experience! Mark. Was. Amazing! Okay, I purchased from Pinebelt three years ago after going to other dealers that were less than helpful or friendly. This time a Mark. Was. Amazing! Okay, I purchased from Pinebelt three years ago after going to other dealers that were less than helpful or friendly. This time around my best friend was purchasing. We scouted out some options from a dealer much closer to home. Of course, it was a terrible experience with cocky, rude employees. But that's fine, cause we knew we would be making the purchase from Pinebelt anyway even though it's much further from home. We dealt with Mark Rousseau and I must say, he was extraordinary!!! Conversation came EASILY and he IMMEDIATELY made us feel special! I was shocked once I found out he was only there a month! Not only was he easy to deal with, but he was fun and extremely genuine and REALISTIC, which isn't a quality you find in most car salemen. Mark is going to be a powerhouse for Pinebelt, although they already are an amazing location! It speaks volumes when the quality of the employee is more important than shoving a number down your throat and refusing to budge. Rich was the manager we dealt with and he was patient and extremely helpful as well. Two times I've been through a purchase here and both times I had great experiences with their people. They truly create a connection!!! After all the miserable experiences I've had elsewhere, I am so happy I've found a place as amazing as Pinebelt Nissan of Keport and I would NEVER purchase elsewhere!!! A Walk In The Park - With Debra, Rich, Anthony, Nick My wife and I have been following Nick Cataldo wherever he has worked for what seems like multiple generations of Nissan cars and vans. When he started working at Pine Belt, we traveled from Staten Island the next time we needed a new car back in 2011. Although he was not available to assist us this time around [due to our schedule and through no fault of his] - he made sure that Rich Hendrickson would be on hand when we came in. Upon our arrival, we had the good fortune to have Debra Smith greet us and together, they begin the business of either buying our leased car or getting a new one. Rich and Debra quickly offered us the most aggressive lease deal on a new 2014 Altima with no haggling or over selling. Their approach was straight forward, like Nick would have been and has always been with us as customers, and we were sold on the idea of leasing a new car rather than buying out the expiring leased car. The entire experience was thoroughly professional, efficient and pleasurable - which is why I captioned this review like a walk in the park. Debra was simply a pleasure to do business with. It felt like we were visiting a well liked second cousin who was offering us a great business deal. Rich was efficient and courteous. Anthony made the signing of the lease papers easy and simple. All three made us feel like truly valued customers. What car customers like myself want from dealership personnel is honesty, integrity and sincerity. Obviously those are the characteristics we found in these three staff members. And of course, Nick came around to see how things were with us and it felt like a favorite uncle had come into town to visit and catch up on things. Debra was particularly charming and her demeanor throughout was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and she treated us terrifically. That we had a great time talking with her about things other than cars was like icing on the cake.Who says you can't have fun at a car dealership, especially with wonderful sales people. My suggestion: If you are thinking Nissan, head to Pine Belt and ask for Debra, Rich and Nick. Forget about going elsewhere in New Jersey or the local Metropolitan area of New York City. He was so friendly, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions and worked hard to get us a good deal. The check out process ran into some snags out of our control but he was very patient and even stayed after hours to get us our car that very night. Buying a car is a stressful process in my opinion but the customer service at Pinebelt made it much more pleasant than I thought it ever could be. Thank you Pinebelt! I would highly recommend this dealership to any friends and family in the future. More
