I've had the pleasure of dealing with Erik Fetterman (Service Manager) for the past 3 years. He always greats me with a smile, and hardly ever a wait to take my car in for service. He Also gets someone to drive me home if the car has to stay longer than I can wait. Best part is I bring all of my family's cars - and they are all different brands - Lexus, Infinty, and Dodge.
