However, somehow Brandon Wright got involved and started helping me and that transformed the experience! Talk about going above and beyond?! Brandon helped me so much even after I left and I often wonder why he didn't get the credit for my sale since I haven't heard a word from my salesman who was multitasking! I lease every few years and I have had a new experience and this was by far the best. Both the dealership and Mr Wright were friendly, straightforward, willing to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. I do wish more choices were available on location since the Rogue we wanted was only there in White Red Blue silver and black. The only other issue I had was this dealership is the 4th Nissan I've worked with and though I liked Mr Wright way way more than anyone I have done business with we weren't offered or informed of any incentives like car wash access, oil change discounts, and other routine stuff. All other dealerships have offered unlimited car wash access or vouchers for oil change, tire rotation and discount books for things like filters and wipers. I was told my first service is in Oct and I am unsure of what that service is for and if I will be charged for it. I will call and get the information but normally my car paperwork has a book of services information. I look forward to a long relationship with Pine Belt and Mr Wright. It's the first time I will be a repeat customer of not only the brand but the location. Much happier than when I used Kings Nissan, Staten Island Nissan, or Sansone Auto Mall Nissan. More

My experience with Pine Belt was easy and pleasant. Rich Hendrickson was the manager and Steve Lanman the salesperson that I worked with. I went in knowing the car that I wanted and what the going rate was at other dealerships. However, in order to get the exact color combination that I wanted I had to move up one trim level, but they went out of the way to come up with a very fair price for me. If you are planning to purchase or lease a Nissan in the central NJ area, don't waste time going to other dealerships. Just visit Pine Belt. More

Excellent Experience When I first walked in, I met Walter at the entrance to the showroom. I knew what I wanted and informed him that I didn't need to be sold. I was trading in a lease on a Rogue and wanted another one. Walter didn't try to persuade me away from what I wanted and made the sales process very easy. Walter is a laid back individual and more sales professionals could take cues from him. The dealership did not have the interior/exterior color combo that I wanted, but they were gracious in accommodating my request. Since I have purchased vehicles in the past from this dealership, I was acquainted with Rich Hendrickson previously. Between Rich and Walter, I received an aggressive quote that I was happy with. After some concessions on my part and consideration on theirs, I walked away as a happy Pinebelt customer. Chaim in financing was also a pleasure to deal with! More
