Johnny was fantastic. All American should be pleased to have him representing their dealership. Our current lease on a CX5 was ending and my wife Margaret and I were so pleased with it that we had decide have him representing their dealership. Our current lease on a CX5 was ending and my wife Margaret and I were so pleased with it that we had decided to exercise a buyout. Margaret, who was the primary driver, used All American for service, and she raved about how nice, accomodating and professional the service people have been for the last three years. So, she convinced me to travel over 50 miles to give their Sales people a shot. I was not disappointed. Mitch was the first person to approach us and we explained we were looking at end of lease options. I was interested in a possible buyout, a new vehicle lease or a new vehicle purchase, on either a CX5 or CX9. He immediately explained some options that caught my attention and introduced us to Johnny, our sales person. Johnny immediately took charge and showed us around. He was friendly, considerate, well informed and extremely helpful. He took us on a test drive of the CX9 Grand Touring while Mitch drew up some options. The car was amazing, handling nicely with the 2.5L 4 cylinder turbo engine being surprisingly peppy. The options and numbers Mitch gave us were as nice as Johnny :) We decided on the CX9 Grand Touring and picked it up the following day. At no time did anyone make us feel uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend All American if you're looking for a great automobile. And if you want a great, personable sales rep ask for Johnny. More

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Went to look and test drive some vehicles on a Friday , and came home with a new CX-5 the following day. Johnny Avella was super helpful , and pleasant. I drive 35 minutes to get my cx9 serviced here, when I live 15 minutes from another, because they actually listen to you!! Ray is the best and so sweet. Brought my car in for an oil change and complaining live 15 minutes from another, because they actually listen to you!! Ray is the best and so sweet. Brought my car in for an oil change and complaining of a noise when I reverse. They couldn’t hear the noise so instead of calling me crazy and dismissing me,rah and the tech hopped in the car and asked me to replicate it. After a few minutes I was able to and they diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way. They are always upfront about how long it will take and offer loaners if needed. Thank guys! More
