I shopped around for a new car recently and settled upon a CX-5 for many reasons. I primarily dealt with 2 Mazda dealerships and both provided an excellent customer experience. All American Mazda was one of a CX-5 for many reasons. I primarily dealt with 2 Mazda dealerships and both provided an excellent customer experience. All American Mazda was one of those 2 dealers and I bought my CX-5 from them. Johhny Avella was my salesperson, and he was great...professional, knowledgeable, and sincere. I know that Johnny worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was accessible when I had a question, he provided very clear communication and was generally very pleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff at All American Mazda also helped make the buying experience stress-free. The process of buying a car hasn't changed much since I bought my first car in 1973. Customers are looking for discounts and deals, and dealerships are expected to negotiate and offer those discounted deals. Maybe someday, buying a car will be more like buying clothes or a major appliance and eliminate these games. But until then as a consumer, do your research and find a dealer, such as All American, that treats you with respect and works professionally with you through the process. I walked away with the car I wanted at a reasonable price and in the end, I was happy with my choice of car and the dealer, as well as the process. (PS in no way is my praise of All American meant to disparage the other dealer I worked with. I had a good experience with them as well, which is an indication that Mazda dealers are customer-focused. I choose All American for the above reasons and because it was the right decision for me.) I got service done on my car and Ray was more than accommodating!!! He stayed open after hours for me so I can get a loaner vehicle, which was an awesome gesture since I was experiencing major problem accommodating!!!
