Bought a new Mazda CX 30 in April, few weeks later I check the oil level to make sure is at the correct level. Level was OK but there was oil dripped all over the cover and hoses. I shouldn't have to cl check the oil level to make sure is at the correct level. Level was OK but there was oil dripped all over the cover and hoses. I shouldn't have to clean the mess the mechanic left. Doesn't take much to do a job right on a new vehicle. It tells me if they can't clean the mess they left, do I have to worry my scheduled service will be the same? Not happy. The worst customer service ever, I'm so sorry I purchased my my new car there. I will do all my service at Lester Glen, they were awesome. Stay far far away from Pine Belt Mazda. They were nice while purchasing a new vehicle then treat you like dirt after. More
