I reached out, sent him my criteria for what I was looking for, and he immediately sent me a list of their inventory that respected my search. He then personally went and checked out a vehicle on that list that I was interested in; how it drove, any blemishes, etc. I test drove it that afternoon, and bought it with total confidence. I love my Honda Pilot, and bought it without alllll the headache of typical car shopping. Thank you Lucian!! More
