After selecting the car my son wanted we were given an amazing deal. We left happy after a flawless experience. Days later we discovered the vehicle we leased had a water leak. I contacted The Sales Manager Mark and he told me to bring the vehicle back. They didn’t hesitate to replace the vehicle. Unfortunately they didn’t have a matching car so they located one 100 miles away and brought it in for us. The original vehicle was a 2019 and the replacement vehicle was a 2020! They didn’t ask for $1 more and were only concerned with our 100% satisfaction. I have been in the retail automotive business for 25 years and am completely blown away how amazing the management and staff conducts themself at All American Mazda! I want to thank Tom, Ryan, and Mark for doing the right thing by me and my family. You guys are stand up and I will be leasing another vehicle from your dealership next month for my daughter. More

EXCELLENT CAR LEASING EXPERIENCE I would, and already have, recommended our Sales Consultant, Gwen Gainfort, and this dealership to family, friends and coworkers, happily. This is the second experience that I have had with Gwen and I never want to deal with any other Sales Rep. She has been CONSISTENTLY excellent at providing genuine customer service, is straight forward in her information, provides clear explanations, is available for any question, is extremely efficient, and is very knowledgeable about not only this brand of car but several others from her past work experiences. Many of us, customers, are "on guard" and feel partially non-trusting during this type of transaction, based on previous experiences at car dealerships and because of the expense and commitment of such a large purchase. And, it's hard to trust that anyone in a dealership has a customer's interests as a goal too. From the General Manager, Ryan, to my Sales Consultant, Gwen, I was treated with respect, interest, efficiency, and a demonstrated desire to "make me happy" in my transaction. Ryan was clear, fair, transparent and delivered on everything we agreed on. Good dealerships need to make fair deals or else they couldn't stay open for business. But in my 25+ year experience in buying/leasing cars, a "good deal" didn't seem to mean good for both parties. I've never felt as comfortable in a dealership, during this tense process, and as valued as a potential returning customer. I'm looking forward to the next car transaction with Gwen and Ryan. I highly recommend this dealership and Gwen Gainfort without reservation. If you want an honest, hassle-free, positive car buying/leasing experience, deal with Gwen and Ryan. That was my great experience at All American Mazda in Brick, NJ. More
