After selecting the car my son wanted we were given an amazing deal. We left happy after a flawless experience. Days later we discovered the vehicle we leased had a water leak. I contacted The Sales Manager Mark and he told me to bring the vehicle back. They didn’t hesitate to replace the vehicle. Unfortunately they didn’t have a matching car so they located one 100 miles away and brought it in for us. The original vehicle was a 2019 and the replacement vehicle was a 2020! They didn’t ask for $1 more and were only concerned with our 100% satisfaction. I have been in the retail automotive business for 25 years and am completely blown away how amazing the management and staff conducts themself at All American Mazda!
