Stopped in to see what was on the lot. We have never been to this dealer. Not one sales person came running out for our business! A good 10 minutes later, Gwen happened onto the lot to say hello! She did not ask me any questions, in fact I had to start the process and asked her a few questions about a CX9 CPO 2020. Went for a test drive, and it was history from there, have my 2020 CX5 Signature! Gwen was a very laid back, low key, salesperson unlike I have ever experienced. We met with Mitch the GM who by the way was equally low key, and was just an awesome guy! Everything about this dealership was great! I can't say enough as I have leased over 10 vehicles in my life, and I have never had this experience! The finance guy was quiet with few questions, and not the pushy type. He asked me about GAP insurance, I have never been asked this question. So, I was taught about GAP insurance from my Mazda dealer's finance guy. He went on to explain that in the past I leased Nissan's and their Gap is built into their lease payments. My last Mazda dealer, never asked me about it, and thankfully I did not total my last Mazda! He did his job, very well and was efficient and professional. I was truly blown away with what we experienced here at All American, Mazda with Gwen!
