They couldn’t hear the noise so instead of calling me crazy and dismissing me,rah and the tech hopped in the car and asked me to replicate it. After a few minutes I was able to and they diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way. They are always upfront about how long it will take and offer loaners if needed. Thank guys! More
