They accepted my offer and took my deposit on a Certified car. When I arrive the next business day after they had opportunity to detail the car, I was told it had been "sold at auction." Absolute lie. Why w car. When I arrive the next business day after they had opportunity to detail the car, I was told it had been "sold at auction." Absolute lie. Why would a dealer sell a "Certified" car at auction? Car was there Saturday midday. They are closed on Sunday. I returned at opening Monday morning to pick it up. I suspect it was sold to someone who offered a higher purchase price...thats what they meant by "auction?" Why do they take a deposit if they are going to continue to make the car available for sale? Zero integrity. Deceptive and dishonest. Additionally, they baited me to visit the dealership by telling me a car was there, but it was not there when I arrived. Scammers through and through! More
