I found a car I was interested in at this dealership and because I lived 40 minutes away I called ahead to ensure the vehicle was still available. They told me yes and that they would have it pulled up and because I lived 40 minutes away I called ahead to ensure the vehicle was still available. They told me yes and that they would have it pulled up and ready for me to see. When I arrived at the exact scheduled time, they not only didn’t have the car out front I was told it wasn’t available for sale because it was going to wholesale. We were then shown a smaller base model of the Jeep that had such a strong smell of smoke we had to roll down the windows on the test drive. Because they didn’t have the car we were looking for (despite being promised it was available) we asked for Matt’s business card in case something else came in. Instead he just started arguing with us and getting louder. We left without the card and went to the Jeep dealership in Manahawkin who actually had the car we called to inquire about pulled up and ready to go with excellent customer service. Needless to say we purchased the car from them and will never be going back to Pine Belt ever again. More
