I am a previous Chrysler Jeep customer and didn’t hesitate to come back again when I needed a new car. The facility is ultra modern and clean. Entire vibe was plans relaxing. When I asked what happened to the other truck, I was told someone c ...A few days after this experience, they called tryin to sell a different truck. When I asked what happened to the other truck, I was told someone came in and scooped it up. Well, that was a lie, it was sold at an auction and is now listed for sale in PA. Dont like liars. Saw a truck online, went and looked at it on Thanksgiving cause I knew they were closed. The truck wasnt even in the dealership lot, but across the street in an overflow lot because I assume they just got it in. No big deal. Immediately I noticed the truck needed tires and a panel was laying on the floor. I figured they would get the truck serviced and ready to go before they list it as available. I called Saturday, the lady told me the truck was ready to go and available to test drive it that day. I knew this wasnt possible. I chose to schedule an appointment the following Tues. I called to confirm the vehicle was there. I showed up for my appointment and the salesman couldnt find the truck in the system. The truck moved to side of dealership at this point. Salesman took approximtely 20 mins to find the key. After finding the key, he showed us, well he gave us the key while he sat there and vaped away. After looking over the truck and him showing us a laundry list of things it needed, I asked him to take the truck for a test drive and he told us it couldnt go for a test drive because it wasnt serviced yet. After discussing what needed to be fixed on it, he told us they would sell it as is. I asked him for the price and he had to talk to manager. Now it was listed for $45,000 on their site. Due to the fact that it needed close to $5,000 worth the stuff, new tires, new stereo and misc items, I offered $40,000. He presented it to the manager and he came back with $45,000. Carfax said $45,000 would of been a fair price at $45,000, if the truck was 100%. I said no, $40,000. He left and came back and offered $1500 less. I was not interested and got up to walk out. Of course we were cut off by the sales manager. He tried to defend his price of $45,000, I told him that was fine and we were walking out. He seemed to get aggravated with us. I explained it needed approximately $5,000 worth the work and he was shocked that we knew that, which I am sure the salesman wasnt supposed to show us the list. He then went on to tell us they paid more than $40,000 for it and they "we needed to elevate our thinking". I advised him we were walking out and he stopped us. He got mad and started walking away. I proceeded to tell him I scheduled an appointment and was told it was good to go for a test drive, but obviously we couldnt test drive it and it wasnt even able to be sold yet. He responded with, she doesnt know. I am glad I only drove 15 minutes instead of over an hour. The salesman wasnt my issue with this visit, it was the manager who stopped us from walking out. I have owned several ram trucks. I know the value, I know the costs for repairs. Dont insult your customers. I leased a vehicle previously and most likely wont come back More
