I stopped by Pine Belt to purchase one of two special Dodge Demon Challengers and the salesman (Tony) wanted $50,000 over the MSRP. He texted me back saying " Every dealership is doing $100,000 over we a Dodge Demon Challengers and the salesman (Tony) wanted $50,000 over the MSRP. He texted me back saying " Every dealership is doing $100,000 over we are $50,000", I really wanted the car and agreed. I returned to leave a $10,000 deposit and filled out the paperwork. I specifically asked the salesman, Randy, if someone offers more do I have to worry and he said no, its your car. Three days later, before placing the order to Dodge, salesman Randy calls me and says they now want $150,000 OVER the MSRP!!!! How can a business treat their customers like this and go back on their word, even after a deposit and paperwork. On Pine Belt website it says "Why choose Pine Belt - PROUDLY OFFERS OUR CUSTOMERS THE VERY BEST IN TREATMENT, SERVICE and of course PRICE!". Terrible business practice and incredible greed! Stay away! More
