I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Eric Cohen. Honestly wasn't prepared to purchase a vehicle when I walked in. Eric's ease of doing business and customer service sets him apart from everyone in the dealership as well as most salesmen that I've worked with in the past. I was curious as to what the Grand Cherokee L class looked like and before I knew it I was test driving the Summit Reserve. Traded my Lexus RX Sport after the first test drive. Eric helped me keep my payment where I wanted it to be and worked very hard to make the process as smooth as possible. Thanks to Eric I am now part of the Jeep family and I couldn't be happier.
