Yesterday I had gone to the Jeep Dealership located in Lakewood and I was approached by Mike Myers, who eventually sold me the car I had been looking for weeks for. Yesterday afternoon after work I stopped in to look at the 2011 Jeep Sahara Unlimited and walked out by 8:00 pm with my new car! I was greeted when I got out of my car and I was able to walk around the entire lot and look at all the different Wranglers without being bombarded with sales people. When I reached the end of the aisle, Mike walked up to me and gave me insight on the model I was looking at and let me take the Jeep I liked best for a quick spin, he even put up with my very loud stereo trial with "bad" music. He was personable with his jokes! Mike was knowledgable, pleasant and extremely respecful of my needs. Price negotation was brief without all the annoying haggling and stayed within my buget. While the paperwork was being prepared, Mike even showed me how to remove the hardtop and installed my EZpass...now that's service! I'm looking forward to getting free oil changes for the year. So far I've had a fantastic experience. More
I was very happy with Pine Belt Chrysler/Jeep as this was my first time buying a car from a lot and not a yard! The dealers inside were very professional, helped me settle all info with the auto insurancecom my first time buying a car from a lot and not a yard! The dealers inside were very professional, helped me settle all info with the auto insurancecompany and the banks to finance, and made it a very relaxing cozy enviroment for an experience that can be sometimes stressful. My sales consultant, Mike Meyers, treated me like a #1 customer the minute I walked into the dealership to even the next day after I took the car home, just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'd recommend this dealership to all my family, friends, coworkers, etc. More
I do think on the whole so far the experience has been good,,,,,,, but there is a disconnect between sales and repair..... I bought a 2009 Ford Escape,,,,,, which has a signficant amount of electronic good,,,,,,, but there is a disconnect between sales and repair..... I bought a 2009 Ford Escape,,,,,, which has a signficant amount of electronics,,,,,, including the INSYNC system,,,,, I was not told at the time of sale that all electronics would need to be serviced and charged for seperately at a FORD dealership,,, that would also include the keyless entry, Considering this is a HUGE feature in the car, I should have been made aware that it would be an additional out of pocket cost to me the buyer..... I am a nurse,,,, and I have NO idea how dealerships work,,,,,,,,, who does what..... etc. I would expect to be made aware of that prior to purchase. If someone comes to my Critical Care unit,,,, for Open heart surgery, I take responsibility for EXACTLY what services skills are proviede, and provide references for things not available. If there are new sales people and they are selling a car with these features, a senior sales associate should have to sign off,,,,,, and make sure the customer is aware of this. If I am spending $20,000 on a car I would expect that all electronics would be in working order at the time of purchase,,,,,,,, More

These men, along with others on the selling floor, treated us as if we were old friends. Mike and Dave listend to what we wanted and gave us a lot of information. When we decided on a car, the trans treated us as if we were old friends. Mike and Dave listend to what we wanted and gave us a lot of information. I would have to separate this rating to say that I would recommend our salesman Mike K. (which I can't understand why he works there) but not this dealership to anyone. I don't have enough time to list all recommend our salesman Mike K. (which I can't understand why he works there) but not this dealership to anyone. I don't have enough time to list all of my disappointments but I will list a few. I will start with the kicker...the fact that the finance manager was going to let us leave with a duct taped tail light, allowing us to purchase it from them at their cost and fix it ourselves!!! That's great word of mouth advertising. The internet price, sticker price and auto shopper price are all different so when we showed up with the auto shopper they can charge us a $750 advertising fee to get it back to the internet price, whatever. When I called for an explanation of the pricing on the paperwork, MR. FINANCE was just as rude and condescending as expected. They said our trade in was not worth what we wanted and then listed it at a 100% profit the next day and it sold within a week. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago, they forgot to have my husband sign a paper for the DMV paperwork so he had to make a 90 minute round trip back there and when I called today to see if the plates were finally in the secretary says "Oh I have them!" Thanks for the call! The lack of courtesy and respect not only for us but for the workplace was like nothing I have ever seen. More
I went to this dealership looking for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The second I stepped out of my car I was bombarded by two salesmen who asked me more questions that I could handle considering I only walk Unlimited. The second I stepped out of my car I was bombarded by two salesmen who asked me more questions that I could handle considering I only walked 4 steps away from my car. I understand that times are hard and in this economy it's kill or be killed, but come on, let me at least start to browse before you hammer me with all the questions. As I looked over a few Jeeps I finally got tired of my shadows following me around and told them to let me look over the vehicles and if/when I have questions I will come to them. I was able to look at about 3 Jeeps before one of the salesmen wondered back over and started asking me more questions and telling me all about the vehicles. He never stopped insisting that I take a test drive. He never stopped insisting that I would look great driving a Jeep. He never stopped insisting period. Finally I get fed up and left. I ended up driving over to Lester Glenn Jeep and bought a brand new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with exceptional customer service and NO HAGGLING. Word of advice to Pine Belt Jeep, when someone says they just want to browse, just let them browse. More
