Promises made at the time of purchase which were not lived up to. First month payment was not made and I had to call the General Manager to get the payment made. I was promised three free oil changes which did not happen. The guy in the Service department said it wasn't in the computer and charged me $60 for an oil change. Do people wonder why people service their vehicles elsewhere?? Obviously, they do not do a background check on their employees either. It is illegal to portray yourself as an officer in the army if you are not. Dean is not a Lt. Colonel! If I can find that out online, Subaru knows it too. More
