We had taken the trek up and down car dealers row looking for the right vehicle for us. The worst thing to happen is when the car dealers track you down while you are looking for a vehicle to match your tas for the right vehicle for us. We always liked our last Liberty because it handled so well at Island Beach State Park. Long story short, we found Mike and we started the grueling process of leasing a Jeep. The process was still long but not as grueling as we expected. He was very laid back, answered our questions, and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. Kurt in the finance department was also non-pressuring when it came to asking about the warranty programs and was a pleasure to deal with as well. When it came to the actual deal..we knew in our heads what we wanted to pay and it wouldn't have been the end of the road if Glen didn't give us what we wanted. We understand there has to be someone in the dealership that is a little more aggressive. After the deal was made, we were happy and Glen even offered me a Starburst. I know men that don't want to buy a car alone, they take their father, brother or a good friend with them. So being a woman you can imagine my hesitation in wanting to go by myself, but I had to. Let me tell you, I was made to feel very comfortable and didn't ever feel like I didn't understand everything that was transpiring. These men answered every single question I had, and then some I didn't think to ask ! I told them I wanted help with adding my phone contact and also needed to be familiar with the navigation system and was told no problem. I live in Bayonne, NJ and traveled over an hour to this dealership, based on what my family, who lives in Brick, and my many friends who live in Brick, Point Pleasant and Howell told me, that in no way would I feel pressured or that I was making a mistake going alone. Visiting the area from northwest NJ. Engine light came on. I called one dealership close to where I was and they could not see me for a few days. Another dealer number was called -- continuous busy sign on. I called one dealership close to where I was and they could not see me for a few days. I called Pine Belt Chrysler-Jeep and they offered me 3 different appointments although they were quite busy and this was verified when I got there. When I did bring the Jeep there, they were smiling, friendly, courteous and assured me they would do the work as soon as possible. I asked if there was any nearby place for breakfast and they indicated a Dunkin donuts only about 1/4 mile away -- and then actually offered to drive me there! I politely declined. The Jeep was soon ready and a computer problem was rectified. There was no charge. The Jeep is only 7 months old so I had been understandably concerned. They made the experience absolutely as pleasant as possible. Highest rating. More
