I was told by Ryan Concord (Pine Belt Chevy) and family & friends that if I had my heart set on leasing a Liberty Jeep, that I had to go see these guys. Frank Hervey, Roy DiPietro, Rick Hackett & Kurt Friedman, and I have to say that every single one of these gentlemen are great. I know men that don't want to buy a car alone, they take their father, brother or a good friend with them. So being a woman you can imagine my hesitation in wanting to go by myself, but I had to. Let me tell you, I was made to feel very comfortable and didn't ever feel like I didn't understand everything that was transpiring. These men answered every single question I had, and then some I didn't think to ask ! I told them I wanted help with adding my phone contact and also needed to be familiar with the navigation system and was told no problem. I live in Bayonne, NJ and traveled over an hour to this dealership, based on what my family, who lives in Brick, and my many friends who live in Brick, Point Pleasant and Howell told me, that in no way would I feel pressured or that I was making a mistake going alone. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Visiting the area from northwest NJ. Engine light came on. I called one dealership close to where I was and they could not see me for a few days. Another dealer number was called -- continuous busy sign on. I called one dealership close to where I was and they could not see me for a few days. I called Pine Belt Chrysler-Jeep and they offered me 3 different appointments although they were quite busy and this was verified when I got there. When I did bring the Jeep there, they were smiling, friendly, courteous and assured me they would do the work as soon as possible. I asked if there was any nearby place for breakfast and they indicated a Dunkin donuts only about 1/4 mile away -- and then actually offered to drive me there! I politely declined. The Jeep was soon ready and a computer problem was rectified. There was no charge. The Jeep is only 7 months old so I had been understandably concerned. They made the experience absolutely as pleasant as possible. Highest rating. More

I have been to many dealership and this one was the tops. Brianna and Roy were a gem to deal with from the start. I am definitely not easy to handle when it comes to my money and spending it. I went into Pine Belt with the intention of looking for a new Jeep. I was greeted by Leo, and together we began looking the lot. Leo was very knowledgable and asked me many questions. It was during this that Leo suggested I look at the Grand Cherokee, which he thought might suit my needs. I found a truck I absolutely loved but the price was slightly higher than I had planned to spend. However, we were able to get to a payment I could afford and I was able to purchase the vehicle. Paperwork and everything else was a breeze, and the car was ready for me to take home quickly. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and plan on coming back to Pine Belt when my wives lease is due in September. I would definitely buy from Leo again. More
After experiencing the worst possible customer at Freehold Chrysler, I called Pinebelt from the parking lot of the dealership. I spoke to Roy, the sales manager, o. The phone and his immediate willingness to help me out won me over. I was at Pinebelt the next morning at 9am. Roy wasnt in yet, however the general manager, Rick, was in and already knew the story of what I had gone through the night prior in Freehold. Along with his sales associate Frank, they were determined to help Fi d the perfect car for my in-laws. Soon after Roy had gotten to the dealership. The personal care received by all three were exceptional. They made you feel as if you were the only customer in the world whereas Freehold had us feel as if we were wasting their time. To make a long story short, the team at Pinebelt put my in-laws into a brand new Chrysler fully loaded for the same amount that Freehold was giving us on a left over 2011. I am not a great lover of car dealers, however after my experience here, would recommend them highly and purchase a car there myself. This sale was as smooth as it comes when dealing with car salespeople. I would have rated it higher had we gotten a better price/deal but given we were purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle I wasn't sure salespeople. They accepted our trade-in unseen and gave us a fair price for it but since we owed on it what they gave us, the trade-in was essentially a wash. While disappointing, it was understandable. Because of this, we laid out a sizable down payment but they were able to get our monthly installments into our preferred range. They did work within our parameters... in hindsight we should have been tougher but that's on us. They handled the payoff and transfer of insurance nicely even though we had to sign the payoff authorization twice because the manager left without giving it back to the sales team. Brianna was friendly and disarmingly charming, persistent without being pushy, and smartly allowed Roy do the "car salesman" schtick. While he was engaging, had we dealt with him the entire time, we probably would have continued shopping because his style is definitely "over the top", more assertive, and less charming that Brianna's. This is not to say Roy isn't effective, just not our taste. For the most part, the way the two of them managed our purchase made us feel comfortable. It was the end of the day so I did feel a bit rushed while reading/signing the contracts but I understood that they wanted their work day to be done. I just won't sign anything I haven't read and understand so as a customer, I wasn't helping them leave on time. At the end of the day, I left with the vehicle I wanted at a decent price and a deal I could live with. I did feel like I left a few dollars on the table but I think anyone that buys a car from a dealership feels that way... unless they work for the dealer! :) More
We spoke with Alanna in Internet sales first which is what brought us through the doors. We discussed all the details re: our trade as well as what we were looking for. She assured us that with the inventory they kept that we would def be able to make a deal. When we arrived we were greeted by Brianna. She had Alanna's notes but they weren't complete so she quickly got up to speed with what we wanted. Brianna was extremely helpful. We walked the lot looking for the car we wanted. And even though the exact model I wanted wasn't available, she showed us comparable ones and found one that had all the major features we were looking for. She expedited the negotiation process enough to even satisfy my husband who doesn't usually tolerate the process very well and we agreed on terms that made all of us happy. I will def refer anyone looking for a jeep to Brianna. She was very professional and really listened to what we wanted. Thank you More
