I was in the market for a Chrysler 300C. I knew I wanted the tri coat ivory pearl or the cashmere with light interior. I placed so many calls and soon realized that it was going to be hard to find it. I had heard about Pine Belt from many friends in the Brick Area. I am from Shrewsbury and decided to call to see what they had in inventory. I left a message and soon got a call from Rick Hackett. Unlike the other high pressured sales calls I experienced with other dealerships, Rick immediately put me at ease on the phone. He listened to what I wanted and most importantly what I needed. I decided to drive down and see one vehicle that he had on the lot. Upon arriving with my husband, I was greeted by Frank Hervey. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about this particular vehicle and we sat down and discussed the car and all the options that came with the vehicle. My husband being somewhat of a mechanic himself asked Frank several questions dealing with the nuts and bolts of the car. Frank was able to fully answer all his questions and actually appreciated the chance to discuss technical issues with my husband. I never felt left out of the conversation, however, as Frank was always eager to inquire about what I was looking for in the car and point out options that came with this model that I would probably love. Before long, Rick Hackett came out to meet us and say hello. It was a total pleasure to meet him. His smile was genuine and sincere. He was like a big teddy bear and I could tell instantly that he truly loved his job. He reassured John and I we would be in good hands with Frank and that he would always be there should we need him. I was impressed that Rick took the time out to come and greet us. We then took the car for a test drive. Frank sat is the back and pointed out the many options from sound system, to the keyless entry, to the control systems, etc. The car handled like none that I had ever sat inside. As far as I was concerned I was in love with the car. Only problem ... it had a horrid dark black interior leather seats and dash board. Upon arriving back at the dealership I was disappointed to learn that they had no other 300C's on the lot. Rick came back out of his office a short while after our return from the test drive and found out that I was hesitant to take the car with this interior. He did not try to talk me into it nor pressure me. In fact, since I loved the car so much he offered to see if he could locate one in my preference colors. He assured me he would get back to me within 24-48 hours. The very next day I got a call from Frank that they located a car that met all my specifications... and then some. I was thrilled. We discussed price which was a bit more than originally stated ... but it had so many more upgraded features that the price was still extremely reasonable. We struck the deal and I was told the car would be at the dealership in a day or two. Again, I received a call the very next day that the car had arrived and was being detailed. John and I rode down later that afternoon. When we arrived, Frank as well as Rick were there to greet us. While they were finishing the fine detailing of the vehicle we sat down with Glen to sign and complete the paperwork. Glen was wonderful in explaining the mound of papers that had to be signed. He was upbeat and pleasant. Again, another Pine Belt employee that made us feel welcome. In fact, everyone at Pine Belt ... especially Rick, Frank, and Glen made us feel like we were their most important customers. That is an extremely great way to provide quality customer service!!!! Well, when we were set to go outside and see our "new baby" for the first time, Rick again thanked us for our business and made sure we knew that we could always contact him. We then stepped outside with Frank and the beauty of the car took our breath away. The inside was even more gorgeous than I imagined. The wood burl handle, the cocoa brown and beige leather, the touch screen and all the bells and whistles were phenomenal. Frank stayed with us and showed us an overview of the car. We were in a bit of a rush because of an appointment we needed to head off to, so he made sure I knew that he was available by phone for any questions we may have on the operation of the car; or, he suggested that I might find it easier to stop by at another time and he would sit with me while he went over all the different options. All in all, I absolutely LOVED this dealership. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership to any of my friends or family. More

More than once I joked with Mr. Leo Marquez, the employee I worked with most, that my experience wasn't "slimy." I'm not just being funny- it's true. I was dreading the experience of replacing my beloved 2001 Jeep Cherokee because so many friends have had terrible car buying experiences. I had the exact opposite. From the minute I got to the dealership I was treated with professionalism, and no matter how many times I asked questions (sometimes the same ones again and again so I was sure of what I was doing!), I had a fantastic experience. The same goes for the finance paperwork and warranty information I worked on with Mr. Roy DiPietro. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership - things went so well, we went back for another Jeep two days later, and even though Mr. Marquez was not scheduled to be there, he stayed late to accomodate my family's schedule and to go over any questions we had a second time. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership! More
We had taken the trek up and down car dealers row looking for the right vehicle for us. The worst thing to happen is when the car dealers track you down while you are looking for a vehicle to match your tas for the right vehicle for us. We always liked our last Liberty because it handled so well at Island Beach State Park. Long story short, we found Mike and we started the grueling process of leasing a Jeep. The process was still long but not as grueling as we expected. He was very laid back, answered our questions, and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. Kurt in the finance department was also non-pressuring when it came to asking about the warranty programs and was a pleasure to deal with as well. When it came to the actual deal..we knew in our heads what we wanted to pay and it wouldn't have been the end of the road if Glen didn't give us what we wanted. We understand there has to be someone in the dealership that is a little more aggressive. After the deal was made, we were happy and Glen even offered me a Starburst. Thank you gentlemen for making our experience a good one. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. More
