From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. I had been to 2 other dealerships earlier that week and was ready to make a purchase when I decided to check out Pine Belt Chrysler in Lake friendly. I saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in but when I got there the vehicle was unavailable. I worked with John and Glen who showed me other vehicles that were available. They showed me the Chrysler Town and Country that was in the showroom and it was beautiful, they matched the price of the other dealer and within an hour I was driving home. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! I am so glad I drove the distance to Pine Belt and did not settle with the other dealer that was closer. I have been there 2 times since my purchase and each time it is a pleasure dealing with any of the employees there. John even took extra time to show me how to use some of the great features in the van. I couldn't be more happier with our new car and the rest of the family loves it too!
