We were provided with an internet link so we could track the build process for our new Jeep, which was really neat, and when we came down to Pine Belt to receive our Jeep everything flowed smoothly. While waiting for the Jeep to arrive, any questions we had were quickly responded to by Frank. It just gave us a secure feeling while we waited for the Jeep to arrive. My family has purchased vehicles from this dealership and recommended I go there to purchase my newest vehicle. I met Al Ionno upon entering the dealership. Unfortunately I was by myself as my husband was at work, but I know my prices and was confident that the purchase would go well. All of that changed as Al brought over the Manager David Walter to go over pricing. David misquoted the asking price of the van increasing it by $1,000. When I told him the asking price was lower he double checked his spreadsheets and said he made a mistake. He then told me my trade in was worthless and quoted me a low price. When I questioned that he said let me double check my numbers and came back to tell me his associate made a mistake and offered me another $1,000.00 He then tacked on $1,895.00 to the base price saying the internet prices are to get customers in the door. The additional charge would be to certify the vehicle and pay for the loyalty program! Mr. Walters proceeded to call me a short version of my first name even though that was not how I was introduced to him nor was it how Mr. Ionno addressed me. I left and purchased the same vehicle at their competitor. I wonder if Mr. Walters would have made those same mathematical mistakes if my husband was with me? Save yourself the time and go to another dealer. More

I'm so thankful for his attention. He ended up getting me what I was hoping for in my price range. Without his efforts I'm sure that wouldn't have happened. After an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Sea View Jeep in Wanamassa, I walked into Pine Belt, explained to Dave and Ron the ridiculous c extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Sea View Jeep in Wanamassa, I walked into Pine Belt, explained to Dave and Ron the ridiculous chain of events that had just transpired at Sea View (see my separate review of them on Dealer Rater) and in about an hour, they put together the deal I needed to purchase that day. The deal smoked what Sea View had offered, despite the fact that I am a long time Sea Breeze Ford customer (same owning family as Sea View Jeep). Give these guys a try if you are not already a customer. Just some minor, constructive criticisms for the dealer; lose the Black Out package (or add it at a conscionable price), jamming window etching at closing is in bad taste, and your DMV runner's fee is about $100 over the competition. These will turn-off experienced buyers. More
My car was in for service and I knew it was going to a lot of work - so I went to look on the lot and see if there something I could love MORE then my current Pacificia. Frank came out to offer me help and I told him right out I didnt want any issues or hassles I was just looking and he gave me all the space I needed to look and pick a few SUV's to drive. He was very low pressure and he knew his cars! Once I decided that I liked the Commander, we met with Roy, who I have spoken to in the past and he is so wonderful to work with! We came to the agreement to trade in my car, get the Commander and get me out the door in a record time. This dealership is top of the line from the sales to the service, they treat you well. They know how to give you what you need and I would go back over and over again! More
