Treated Poorly during Recall Service I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for recall service on my daughters 2005 Jeep Liberty. The recall was to install a trailer hitch to reinfor I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for recall service on my daughters 2005 Jeep Liberty. The recall was to install a trailer hitch to reinforce the rear bumper area on the Liberty. In some cases a rear collision can cause a puncture of the fuel tank, and nobody wants that. We also wanted them to diagnose a check engine light and inspect the vehicle. I went to drop the Jeep off the night before and guess what? The service department at Pine Belt Jeep was abandoned and a sign was taped in the door that they had moved to the Chevy Service department a mile up the road. It would have been nice of the dealership people to let us know this when the appointment was made but OK maybe moving out slipped their mind. Dealer service advisor Mike calls late in the afternoon to let us know that they didn't have the parts and had to get them from elsewhere. Is 2 weeks not enough notice? Mike also informs us that they will not have time to do diagnostics since they don't bring cars in and out they only bring them into service bay once and since they had to wait for parts my daughters car didn't make it in till late. On my night drop slip I also mention to please make sure that while the car is apart to install trailer lighting along with the reinforcing hitch. Mike informs me that this is not part of the deal. Since the in my mind the work wasn't completed (no wiring) I give the quality of work 2 stars. More

I was working with Fullerton Chrysler Jeep and ordered particular car I wanted. We had agreed on price and I payed deposit $1000 for my vehicle delivery. Than, one Sat I received the call from Pine Pelt Jeep and lady stated that car I ordered arrived. I got kinda suspicious why I ordered car in one dealer and it arrived at another, never the less it arrived and I rushed to pick it up. When I came I asked for Rich (Fullerton sales guy who i was dealing with), and was told that he was their internet sales guy and some one on floor will be taking over sale on site. OK. I waited for 10 min. Then manager came up to me and told me that he spoke to me over the phone and I refused to buy from them and car isn't here. I was confused... when ? how? they just called me in, I drove 40 min to get here. I asked if they have my car or not again and why did the call me then? and then in another 5 min sales-guy (Will) arrived and told me that car is here and we'll get sale done. They brought up car, and it started: They put Trailer tow group on car THAT I DIDN'T WANT $395 ( I could simply buy part online for $69 and install myself) Charged me $195 for COMPLIMENTARY XM subscription Car price went up by $400 from what is was originally quoted by Fullerton. Also, they Installed STEPS THAT I DIDN'T WANT and added to price another $1870 for steps that cost online $399! after some frustrating negotiations (what exactly i was trying to avoid) they dropped steps. When we started paperwork it was somewhat standard, but they tried to sell some kind additional coverage for $1300 and lied that they cannot to good financing if i don't buy this BS coverage. when I refused again, they magically did financing. Also, finance was done not through Chrysler financing but through Capital One. Now when I got a car and I thought that whole disaster with car purchase was over and I left those con-artist behind never to see them again in my life time, I received email from Fullerton Jeep that car I ordered arrived! I contacted bank and disputed $1000 deposit, don't know how it will ends up, as Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep said they never charged me deposit and I paid in full for a car. Now Fullerton Chrysler Jeep is stuck with my car THAT I ACTUALLY WANTED with price I WAS READY to pay. More

Pine Belt Cares About Your $$$$ - Not your car!! I purchased a new car from Pine Belt. This dealership was quick to take my money, but after buying a brand new car from Pine Belt, I would NEVER Recom I purchased a new car from Pine Belt. This dealership was quick to take my money, but after buying a brand new car from Pine Belt, I would NEVER Recommend this dealership to my own DOG! You see, if you search the net about Pine Belt, or their Service Department you will find nothing but Complaints..... This dealer sold me a LEMON (Brand New) 2015. The dealership & service department plays phone games with me & everyone else allegedly. Multiple times this dealer has put off & has avoided the repairs they promised. Its been 2 months and Pine Belt has STILL not fixed a brand new car that they sold to me... To anyone reading this, unless you want to end up with NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE, A NASTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT & receiving your registration and license plates 3 weeks late..... Then go for it. If you want to keep your Car legally on the road & get your proper license plates.....DO NOT BUY FROM PINE BELT AUTO. Never mind the Service Dept, but also the Dealer itself. I got my plates & registration 48 HOURS before my Temp Tags expired! I had to call & argue with Pine Belt to get my permanent registration and license plates!!!!! Its been TWO months & this dealership is nothing but a scam & ripoff. Point in case, if you want to have problems w/Service & the likes of Pine Belt Auto, remember you have been warned about this dealership!!!!!
