Refused a test drive on 4/30/16 I drove to the dealership in my Honda Odyssey. I parked my car and began looking at the new Chrysler Pacifica. I had done my research and had narrowed I drove to the dealership in my Honda Odyssey. I parked my car and began looking at the new Chrysler Pacifica. I had done my research and had narrowed my next car to the new Pacifica or a GMC Acadia. After a few minutes, salesman Steve approached me and asked how he could help me. I stated that I was interested in a new minivan and wanted to take the Pacifica for a test drive. I said that when I bought my Honda I was between the Town and Country and ultimately chose the Honda as it had a smoother ride. He immediately responded "Well, you wont like the Pacifica, then, as its even stiffer than the Town and Country." And that was it. He said good bye and walked away from me and never looked back. I was a bit stunned. No offer to look inside the car or determine FOR MYSELF on a test drive that I liked the BRAND NEW Pacifica, which I have read actually has a smoother suspension that the Town and Country. Needless to say...I drove off the Pine Belt lot to a GMC dealer and I traded my Odyssey on 4/30/16 for a 2016 GMC Acadia. Drove home in the Acadia that day. Sorry Steve. You lost a potential sale!!!! And it was the last day of the month too... More
nasty experience i bought a Honda odyssey from them on 01/04/16 .after i paid them ADAM a salesman ask me the key to wash the van. actually he took the vehicle a mile i bought a Honda odyssey from them on 01/04/16 .after i paid them ADAM a salesman ask me the key to wash the van. actually he took the vehicle a mile away repair shop and they took out routers and air filters and they damaged the oil pan witch cost me $1200 soon i got back to connecticut and ADAM damaged the van right side body a big dent .the reason they did that i wasnt paying them above the asking price ,they listed vehicle @$15 k but when i got there they were asking me $18k .they are so desperate to sell the vehicle i can tell by watching full dealership lot no buyer but plenty employees.i wait three month to get registration and plates every time i call they dont answer i ask for manager hes always busy .i also reported them to BBB .they are most sickest dealer on planet. period. dont fool yourselves by consumer review i think they wrote it themselves.. Instead of selling me a truck that wouldn't have been good for me Matt and Brian both found the ultimate vehicle for me Glen work his tail off to get us approved for a loan that was perfect for our budget. Let me start with my consultant Brian who helped my wife and I find the perfect Cherokee in a color that I didn't even know looked so nice until he to Let me start with my consultant Brian who helped my wife and I find the perfect Cherokee in a color that I didn't even know looked so nice until he told me about it and pulled it up front, without his experience we were looking at wranglers that were way over our budget, he explained that the Cherokee would work perfect and he was right! It drives smoother and has more technology than our Lexus we traded. In the end I couldn't be happier with the purchase, we would have just left after seeing that the wranglers didn't fit our budget so thanks again Brian for pointing us in the right direction. you guys have a life long customer!
