Stress free convenient experience from an Informative Expert Initially I had been nervous about switching to Jeep, I had been a happy Subaru owner and service customer for a good 7 years when I decided to give t Initially I had been nervous about switching to Jeep, I had been a happy Subaru owner and service customer for a good 7 years when I decided to give the Jeep Grand Cherokee a try. We just had a baby who was almost a year old and just had more stuff and I heard Jeep Grand Cherokees offered similar gas mileage to the Outbacks but with much more space. My nervousness was eased instantly by our sales consultant Lisa Richichi. She was extremely knowledgeable about the way the Jeeps performed on and off the roads and she definitely eased my mind about the reliability of Jeep by explaining their warranties and how supportive their service department was with regular maintence and deals on that as well. I'm very happy with my purchase I had shoped for about 2-3 months prior to purchasing on all different vehicles to find out what was best for my price range, and in the end buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee was the best decision I've ever made in my life as far as purchasing a vehicle goes. No regrets at all! Also we ended up referring our friends to them who were also in the market for a vehicle at the time but a work vehicle and they ended up getting a vehicle for under $10,000 from her and they said there experience was definitely much better then the average car dealership experience.
