Purchase of a Chrysler 300 I arrived at the dealership expecting to look at a specific car that I saw in their inventory online. Unfortunately, it was not in the lot. I was gre I arrived at the dealership expecting to look at a specific car that I saw in their inventory online. Unfortunately, it was not in the lot. I was greeted by Matt while still outside on the lot and told him what I was looking for. He was able to find it rather quickly at another Pine Belt lot about a half mile away due to construction at their site. Once he found it, it was literally a matter of minutes before Matt was able to pick up the car and bring it back to the lot. From that point forward, including the test drive, I was treated to an extremely pleasant sales experience by a true professional. Matt knew exactly what was important to me and took me through the process with as little complication as possible. A few hours later, I was driving away in my preowned Chrysler 300. Everyone else included in the sales process did a wonderful job including Ahmed in Finance. My financing situation was a bit difficult and he breezed right through it. Thanks to all at Pine Belt Chrysler for a wonderful experience! I will be back and will certainly refer Matt to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. More
