Watch out from Manager Mike,David and Finance Manger Matt and Saleswoman Taylour are all constant liars. After submitting a credit app with them, I kept getting promises that they will call me back in half a day or in an hour or next day, including the crook management!!!! They lost my and anyone I know business forever. By the way another dealership on route 1 happily accepted my application and offered better terms so Pine Belt YOUR LOSS!!! May be the owner should focus on managing his loser team instead of being in fancy Tv commercials where he promises the service and price, WHAT A LIE!!! More

Advertised vehicles are not available when you get to the dealership. Online and advertised pricing doesn't even provide a vin #, and that's because the vehicle doesn't even exist. They bombard you with calls, emails, and promise the world until you get there. My husband and I lease cars for ourselves and our kids and I have never dealt with such an inept dealership. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this dealership, safe yourself the aggravation and go to someone with a good reputation. If dealer-rater had a zero stars option that's what we would assign to this dealership. More

Bait and Switch One star is generous but its the lowest rating available. I made an appointment to see a car. I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived One star is generous but its the lowest rating available. I made an appointment to see a car. I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived the sales manager asked oddly, "how long did you drive to get here?" I didn't answer it and they made me wait. He came back and said "the car went to auction just today," and " you're appointment wasn't entered into our system." As I expressed my anger, a salesman said "sit down and we can see if there's anything else you're interested in." Needless to say, I left. I contacted the dealer and had an email exchange with the sales manager. I accused him of baiting and switching me. He sent back an apologetic email and said that they don't engage in those practices. I took him at his word except I discovered something while continuing my search. Over a week later as I write this review the 2015 Jeep Patriot is still on the site. These practices are what give car dealers a bad name. Don't go here. More
