Painless Purchase! I walked into the dealership with expectations of the typical car-buying experience. I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by Chris. His demeanor and friendly smile put me at ease immediately. I wasn't getting the stereotypical 'car salesman' vibe. A good starting point! Chris asked me pertinent questions to find out what I was looking for. While I initially had my eye on a few different SUVs, the more Chris spent time asking questions and reading my reactions, we both knew I really had in interest in a Jeep Wrangler. He wanted to make sure that I purchased a vehicle that I would really like to drive. Let's face it, buying or leasing a vehicle is an investment, so if you are going to do it, you should really enjoy what you're driving. Working the numbers, meeting Matt, conferring with Steve, all led to making a deal that worked for me. There was no condescending feeling when I suggested a lower price point or different terms. I was treated with respect throughout the process. I have NEVER felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle!
