All the features were shown, he even hooked up my phone and showed me the different ways to play videos on the DVD player. I have a toddler and John was so sweet with him and kept him occupied so we could go over paperwork to complete the purchase. Wonderful experience and we love the new Pacifica! Thank you!! More
